Teaser Tuesday Christmas Style!

Standard

“Looks like we’ll be having a white Christmas gang!  Let’s go grab breakfast…..”

HAVE YOU COMMENTED STUDENTS????  Better do it now before you forget!

Well here we are – the final class before the jolly old man in the red suit visits all of you students who have been GOOD this past year.    He will actually still visit those of you who were BAD as well but you will only get a big fat lump of COAL in your stocking.   If you’ve been GOOD well – who knows – you could get just about anything.

“IF we’ve been good???  IF????? Look at these faces – innocent and GOOD!”

We Professors are hoping Santa brings us some new bow ties – ones that aren’t so big and bulky……hahaha

OK enough frivolity – it’s get down to business.   Today we have a Christmas-themed Teaser from our Graphics Department for you to figure out.    Makes us cold just looking at it!   But before we get to that – how about we tell you the rules AND show you the Christmas badges you can win today:

“OK – these aren’t half bad – they look somewhat familiar but they’re still pretty swell badges!”

Gee thanks – so happy you approve!

Our wonderful Teaser Security Guard Rudy is on vacation this week but that OLD HUMBUG himself, Sarge has agreed to bring in the Teaser photo for us today – Sarge????

“Alright students – you’d better work HARD to guess the Teaser – OR ELSE!”

“WHERE WAS THIS PHOTO TAKEN??”

“All I know is it looks COLD as heck!!”

Cheer Team?  How about giving this class a little pick me up with some Christmas cheer……………..everyone is looking a bit depressed……………………….

Howdy students we’re obviously not there!
We taped this before leaving – but it’s cold here too – we swear!
We decided to go skiing like we did last year
Then into the ski lodge for a pretzel and beer!
Good luck with the Teaser it looks like a goodie
We hear it’s cold back there – hope you wore your winter hoodie!!

Thanks ladies…………….very inspiring message.   We’ll see you tomorrow for the Tell All – unless of course you’re in the hospital with broken limbs from skiing on the EXPERT slope instead of the BEGINNERS!!

So – who’s UP for a cafeteria treat?

Mary Ann and I wish you a happy holiday – and hope you enjoy your holiday meal with us today!

Holiday Menu:

See you tomorrow for the Christmas Tell All!

  1. Roasted veggies please to go with mama’s roast chicken. Perfecto! A beach town maybe, European or a river town. That is water in the left, non?

  2. Hooray, I was on time today!
May I please have some of that scrumptioous Chicken Crescent Wreath, some of the Baked Apples and Cranberries, of course some Onion Rings, A lemon tart, and a ggood mug of coffee…I am yawning too much this morning…

I’ll go and get a big table in case Mr Frank comes by.
    Yoo Hoo, I’m over here!!

Are you getting a lot of snow, or did you already get a lot? We might get a dump just in time for driving to church on Christmas Day…but that also means that maybe we’ll have to stay home. 30 miles in bad weather is just too dangerous.
I am very behind in visiting, very busy with non-blogging things…I sure wish sometimes that we would do away with all the hoopla around the holiday season. And I worked the weekend past…at least I am off right now, but then I have to work a second shift on Christmas…

That place looks COLD! Somehow that little tower thing looks familiar…and is does look a bit seaside-ish. Is that even a word??

    • Hi Ho! Nice menu items you’ve chosen – enjoy it – Frank hasn’t come by yet so you’ll have that big table to yourself! NO SNOW – at least yet. The snow we were supposed to have didn’t happen – it rained. The snow for this week is now supposed to be ice/sleet and rain – but who the heck knows these days. I don’t think the weather people know any more than WE do when we look out the window. Hope you don’t get a lot of snow there even though snow for Christmas is kinda nice unless it keeps you from church! I think seaside-ish is a word – at least it is as far as I’m concerned!

      Hugs, Pam

  3. We are late, and it looks as if you already have a couple of right guessers. Sure is a pretty photo! Poor cheer team looks very cold. Someone needs to take them some hot chocolate. We are going to have some baklava and lemon tart. 4. They said global warming was coming, but it wound up being another ice age. Here we see thousands of fireflies wondering what the heck is going on with all of this snow in July. Fortunately, the sabertoothed man-eating otters can survive in all climates, though they’ll have to rely more on frozen Hungry Man dinners (and we do mean Hungry MAN)…

    • HA! Funny you should say that – my husband says the same thing – how can it be global warming when it’s so cold our teeth rattle???!!! Anyway, I hope the otters have a ready supply of Hungry Man dinners – they could fly to Japan where they have those hot spring pools people spend a lot of time enjoying and have an ALL YOU CAN EAT BUFFET!

  5. I am very late! We have someone who comes and helps Ivor with the heavy work and it usually ends up being a Tuesday. Of course being late it had to be somewhere I recognised and been to often (never in the snow though). I will still give my answer even though it is sure to have been guessed by now, Brighton on the South coast of England.

  10. I do believe it’s in England, somewhere. No matter where, i’d love to spend a Christmas in England.

Meanwhile, i am so grateful you serve so many vegetable and fruit dishes in your cafeteria, i always have something good to look forward to when i’m done with work.
