Here are this week’s sentences…….two from each of our co-hosts. This week I’m filling in the blanks all by myself and my words are in BLUE!
1. _Football season is the only time we hear reference to yards down and how many more to go.
2. It’s all fun and games until I hear Mom say the word “VET” !
3. By some miracle, I decided to cooperate fully today when Mom trimmed my nails – Dad held me and I did NOT squirm.
4. Unless I’m in the basement with the door closed, I rarely allow my Mom to sleep at night without calling her downstairs or hopping up on the bed demanding she pet me or SOME OTHER EMERGENCY.
There you have it – I managed to fill in all the blanks in “Teddy Style”………….Some of my blanks were really full of words but I wanted to make sure I made myself clear of course! We love filling in the blanks – it’s a totally fun hop. Thanks to our co-hosts for letting us all be creative this way!

I think you should allow your mom to sleep at night! You could just snuggle up next to her. I’m saying this because bipeds don’t function well without sleep. She’d be much better at being your servant during the day with an adequate sleep allowance! 😀

You are right Clowie! I’m going to remind Teddy of this – I would love it if he would come snuggle and STAY but he’ll hop up just long enough to wake me then expect me to follow him to the living room to PLAY! I’m not all that playful at 1AM. LOL

I need to get a shot – so I’ll come home with a sore rear and that’s about it! I love my vet guy – it’s the trip to the vet I hate!

Teddy, I never give the man who rubs my belly and Lynn an easy time of it fur claw clippin’. Matter of fact they threatened me with it this week and got too busy doin’ hooman stuff to ‘member. And the V-E-T! They are what is called “necessary evil”. Precious

Good fill-ins all by yourself, Teddy! The V word does not stand for victory *shudder*. When one of us keeps waking our folks up at night we get banned from the bedroom for a while: door closed, gate up to keep us scratching at the door. We heard that Chia’s getting banned tonight. My Mom might have to go back to how things were when I first came to live her with them – when Mom and Dad would be going to bed at night they’d put me in the basement and close the door – no complaining really as there are lots of windows to look out of and my climbing tree and “tents” are down there so it wouldn’t be so bad to do that again (but don’t tell them I said that…hahaha. I really am a night owl though – sleep all day, play all night!

Dad holds me in a death grip so I can’t move – I kind of jerk my paw out of Mom’s hand when she’s trimming sometimes but I’m just reminding her that she needs to hurry before I get violent. HAHAHAHAHA

I cooperate sometimes and other times I just “test” her to see if she’s paying attention to me. HAHAHA YES I’m a little devil boy! (or is it BIG devil boy?!)

We’re happy to have a big scratcher to climb on, Teddy, so we don’t have to let our nails cut, besides, we made effurrything our scratcher so they don’t have a chance to grow🙀🙊 You were very brave to let cut yours😺 Now, about the nightshift….don’t forget to let your mommy sleep till next morning, to make sure you get much more playtime and she gets a good rest too, what a win huh😸Double Pawkisses for the both of you and have a Happy Weekend too🐾😽💞
