Sunday Selfie

TIME TO HOP!!

It’s Selfie Hop day and we’re doing that with our hosts – The Kitties Blue at The Cat On My Head. You can join in the fun if you click their badge above and enter you link on the LINKY FORM – easy peasy.

Mom was going to take some new photos of me for Selfies BUT her camera needs a new battery – it’s on the shopping list for tomorrow SO no new photos! We thought we’d use a “recent” photo instead – one of me that she took when I was lounging on the front porch before heading out for a walkabout.

Well by the time she finished decorating it – it was almost unrecognizable! Below is the original – her jazzed up version (she used the ABSTRACT art effect from Lunapic then added a fancy-shmancy border from Pizap), AND a jigsaw puzzle for your entertainment this Sunday.

  Puzzles are good for brains – that’s why I do them anyway. Make sure the synapses are still firing instead of dying. HAHAHAHA Glad you like this one – it was fun to go through all Lunapic effects looking for the right one – I kept coming back to “ABSTRACT” though. Then the fancy border which was TOTALLY unnecessary except I thought it would make the puzzle more interesting. So what’s shakin’ on the pond? I assume CH and your neighbor did NOT get attacked by your pond-gator???? I’m SURE you would have told me! LOL

    No, they got the job done. But the pond-gator was just about 15 ft off the edge of the pond keeping his eyes on them. Just floatin’ and watching. He eventually went under and went who knows where. CH had the Macular hole surgery done Thursday morning. When I have a few minutes… seconds to myself I will email you. Right now I am stealing this time while he has 10 minutes to eat breakfast and then back to face down position for another 50 minutes. I have to get a lot done in those 50 minutes! Mornings are crazy but by 1 or 2 in the afternoon there is some breathing room.

  MOST of the art effects on Lunapic have wacky names that we don’t “get” how they were picked other than a few like GAUGUIN and STARRY NIGHT……..but I feel abstract frequently around here so it worked for me.
