My habit has been to do a FLASHBACK selfie – the photo I took either last year or year before last at this same time. It’s just fun to see ME then. I’m sure I won’t be growing any more than I have but I’m a big boy at 22/23 pounds yet a year ago and especially two years ago when I came to live here I did NOT weigh that much. I’ve changed but then who doesn’t ??!!!
Here’s my flashback for today:
From April 24, 2018
So what’s this all about? Well, this is the guest bathroom sink and it’s before I became really BONDED with the master bath sink as my “preferred watering hole”. Pardon my rear end but Mom took this and of course she thought it was an interesting view. I don’t lie down to drink anymore – I think I probably was just resting a bit after drinking water OR I was waiting for someone (MOM) to turn the water ON and fill the sink. Either way, I am still a sink-drinker. Won’t drink water from a bowl or fountain – only a sink.
Mom decided to jazz up this rather boring photo though with some Lunapic effects……………..here’s what she came up with followed by a puzzle for you puzzlers!!
Mom used 100% “SPLASH” art effect at Lunapic………………bright isn’t it – got your sunglasses on???? Good!

Now I do declare that you have the best staff-so well trained and ready to open the taps of attention whenever you desire. I don’t have a favourite tap, but I do sometimes like the bath tub as makes a sort of shower/fountain when turned on slowly.

Hi ERin…..I’ve never had a tub drink but I think I might like that. Purrhaps I’ll visit one of our tubs and call Mom to attend to my needs – maybe she will??? I’ll let you know. Have a wonderful Sunday!

HA! That was a wedding present to my Mom and Dad almost 30 years ago and Mom had it, and several other clocks, in a big box in the basement full of “things we got duplicates of for our wedding”……..so she pulled it out of there and put it in the guest bathroom – now my Dad can see how long he spends in there shaving (which he always says takes less time than it takes Mom to do her hair/makeup – – – the clock proved him WRONG!!!). TEE HEE

We don’t have a sink drinker here but Frankie is sometimes fascinated with watching the water. Years ago we had Princess who loved drinking from the sink.

It’s so amusing to me – and we did get Teddy a small staircase up to the sink counter in the bathroom because I got tired of picking him up to put him on the counter – OH MY ACHING BACK!

I think I need one for Chris. His age and weight a becoming a problem for him. He tried to jump on my lap last week and didn’t make it. Now he wants me to pick him up which concerns me a little.

Yes their little joints ache just like ours do! The one we got was from Amazon and cost $24…..came in a “three step” or “four step” size. The 3-step was perfect to get him to the counter. Much easier on ME too!!! I’m sure Chewy has the same ones. Teddy loves it.

For now, I think, one step will do. Maybe I will get the step stool out of the closet and keep it by my desk chair.

IT was a natural SPLASH edit wasn’t it – I’m just glad I wasn’t the one causing the SPLASH by falling in the water. EEEEK – I think I’m allergic to that unless it’s wet grass. 🙂

I know a whole bunch of peeps who get their pups and cats bottled water – We have a whole house filter on our water so we figure it’s pretty danged good – besides, who knows FOR SURE where that bottled water is from HUH?????? 🙂

We love your selfie Teddy. Dad has a small vanity and we only use it to get to the window which is way high up. I think only myself and Fitz use it regularly. Wow I thought I was a big fellow at 16 you have me beat. I look like a smaller cat and Dad says I am all muscle. I bet you are too as I would never have guessed. Purrs my friend

18m 3s for the puzzle. We got home Saturday evening but I didn’t turn the PC on until Sunday. I didn’t take many photos but will look to see if I have anything suitable when I upload them.
