Sunday Selfie Hop

Standard

Happy Sunday – actually here in the States it’s SUPER BOWL SUNDAY and since that’s a big deal for us…………I’m doing my usual FLASHBACK Selfie and a Super Bowl photo of me that Mom did for the Cat Scouts Super Bowl party later today.     I’m rooting for the New England Patriots!    FIRST UP though, is to thank our friends at Kitties Blue for hosting the Hop – our chance to join all the other peeps who decide to take a selfie and post it for the world to see and it can be yours too if you click the badge above and link up to The Cat On My Head!

Here’s my Super Bowl shot…………………….

AND, here’s my FLASHBACK photo from this same time last year…..obviously we had a bit of snow on the ground and I don’t appear to be impressed (just as I’m not impressed TODAY!) and the second photo is me AFTER a brief tiptoe on the snow outside that same day – February 4, 2018.

I was already becoming famous for my belly up shots.    HAHAHA

Now for you fans of the jigsaw puzzle, Mom and I made what we think might be a toughie for you – it’s a jigsaw of the snow photo and without a border, etc. and so much snow/grass it might take a little longer than usual to do????    Just click the MINI-ME below for the puzzle and GOOD LUCK!

 OH BOY!   Snowcat!

Happy Super Bowl Sunday…………..Hugs, Teddy

  1. That is a lovely selfie for your team, Teddy. I think you are right and the jigsaw will take a long time to do. I will try it tonight.

    • Well I did it! After 30 minutes I wanted to give up but I kept going. You weren’t kidding that you thought it would be hard and I ended up taking 63m 53s!!!

      • There’s something SUPER challenging about a “non-interesting” background or space in a puzzle. It all looks the same and makes it extra tough to put together. The only somewhat easy part was ME! HAHAHA

  2. I’m saving the puzzle for later. I’m going out to play while it’s sunny!

I shall probably snooze through the super bowl, as it starts after my bedtime (11.30 pm), but I’ll wake up when the bipeds get the treats out!

  3. You are the King of belly up shots, Teddy. My wife will be happy that you are rooting for the Patriots. Nobody is allowed to root against them in my house unless they want to leave. (Secretly, since the Bears aren’t in it, I don’t care who wins).

  4. I’m guessing you won’t want to go out today, snow or not if the Bowls on TV. The ONLY super bowl we have is the sort with cream in it, MOL
Have a great day, Teddy, and I look forwards to some tummy up celebratory shots when your team wins.

    • ERin that’s my favorite kind of bowl – cream OR water! I won’t be watching the Super Bowl much because it’s not on until 6:30 and Mom and Dad and I will be having dinner then we have “TEDDY TIME”…..toys and running around playing hide and go seek and stuff. You have a wonderful day…….

    • HAHAHA….well we’ve never had cable here BUT Mom and I watch the Kitten Bowl on YouTube on Mondays after it’s already been on TV. It’s just as good seeing it “after the fact” ! Plus it saves our Moms money not having cable TV so they can buy US more toys and treats Katie!!!!!! 🙂

  5. My peep has been to 2 of them in person. New Orleans (49ers 55 Broncos 10) and Arizona (Patriots 28 Seattle 24). Definitely rooting for the Pats. Lived for a long time in San Mateo, Brady’s birthplace and home town. Went to the same small college in CT that Bill Belichick also graduated. That school produces good coaches. Eric Mangini (Jets and Browns) was also a NFL head coach. The coach of the football team in ’88 (that’s 1888) was Woodrow Wilson.

    • I’m guessing your peep was pretty happy with the way the game turned out – it might have been low scoring but it was GOOD. Sometimes low scoring means evenly matched. Didn’t know Woodrow Wilson was a coach EVER.

  6. If the Rams had still been in St. Louis, we woulda rooted for them, but it’s more than we could stand to root for a team from LA. Booooooo!

    • I went with the Patriots since at least they were on the EAST COAST but it was a bit of a “YAWN” after all – lowest scoring game EVER! What’s with that? A “non-Super Bowl” ???????

  7. Your Super Bowl and tummy up pictures are great, Teddy. I have no idea who won the super bowl yet this morning. CH watched it and I came her to the office or study or whatever this room is with the couch and watched a movie on my laptop. Conked out and woke up here. You know the Rams used to be the St. Louis, MissouREE Rams until they picked up all their toys and left St. Lou and went to Cali! We didn’t miss them!

    • Yeah well after that football game Cali might not miss them either! HAHAHAHA Maybe they should stay in Atlanta. My Mom saw about five minutes of the game. It was (her words) “nondescript” at best. At least “HER” team won.

  8. Teddy, we think you immediately became famous for your belly-up position, and what a marvelous belly it is. We think your Super Bowl photo is special as well. • Cooper and I are the belly-up ginger twins of the internet I think. I see lots of belly-ups but there’s something about a ginger one that sets the internet on fire! Thanks for being the HOP HOSTERS!
