Good morning Class……………I hope you all enjoyed your holiday yesterday.   Today we’re going to buckle down and get back to work!   As you can see I have my baby brother Teddy with me in class today.   He is going to be our “Junior Professor” and observe how we conduct class for this special time of the week – GEOGRAPHY TESTING!

  18. That is the view from the Hilltop Penitentiary For Immature Hooligans located in Whoopie Cushion, Alabama (OK, I may have made that city up). From here, inmates can shoot spitwads down upon unsuspecting tourists and wild animals. Suzie Q may end up as one of this prison’s tenants if she doesn’t quit trying to be a cougar…

    • So THAT’S good old Hilltop…….I do believe that SARGE was once employed there – as what I’m not sure (!) – but he does know all about spitwads in class so MAYBE it had something to do with that??? We can only hope that Suzie gets a one way ticket there – courtesy of the vice squad!

    • Good question about the dictionary – if there isn’t one, there should be one….especially for people like my Mom who is 87 billion years old and doesn’t understand 3/4 of what the young peeps say these days!

  28. Looks like we are jumping on the Juneau, Alaska, USA bandwagon. Mom is doing that one-finger typing thing as Astrid is lying in her lap and has one arm pinned down. Is that Suzie’s Welcome Teddy attire? She’s looking pretty crazy. Sending lots of love to all.     • Suzie went all out trying to make an impression on Teddy and I do believe she made an impression – – – just not the one she WANTED to make! I know Sarge is now on HIGH ALERT and so am I – Teddy is clueless about girls and I think I like that he is (tee hee).

  30. OH BROTHER…..Mom left us and not only are we comment number SEVENTY but we knew the answer too – Juneau, Alaska. Mom and Dad were there on their cruise.

    We think Suzy’s cheer was one of her more “interesting” ones! Poor Bobby….he looks very confused.

    • Lots of peeps are guessing Juneau…………I guess we have to wait and see………but you ARE right for sure about Suzie – she’s gonna get herself in BIG TROUBLE if she doesn’t watch it! Talk about a COUGAR!

  31. Hi Sammy and Teddy! My mum has only just come home, and trust her to be late because we know it is Juneau Alaska. She said that when they were there, there were hundreds of eagles in the trees and the guide said they called them the golf balls because that is what all the white heads look like amongst the green of the trees.

  33. Whoa, little Teddy must be wondering what he’s gotten himself into! MOL….hopefully it all went over his head, but we have a feeling Suzie is going to be a bad influence!
    No idea on the teaser, but it looks like a bustling little place with lots of buildings jammed into one small area!

  34. When I first looked at the picture I thought of one of the Hawaii Islands. Mostly everyone else thinks it is Alaska. Sense I am not very good at this they I bet they are correct.

  35. Hmmm, Hi there, assistant Teddy and angel Sammy.

    At first thought it seemed to be quite modern looking, so not an (old) European city though they do have beautiful mountain ranges there.However so do we over on this side of the pond. Petcretary has seen some of them. Alaska seems far fetched because we associate that with cold and tons of snow…but this are is modified by warm water currents that flow nearby.
    So we are going to guess Juneau, Alaska,USA…and in the foreground is the Gastineau Channel. There are some pawsome glaciers there, too, and plenty of lakes, rivers and parks and hiking trails. Many, many cruise ships come through this area too.

    Off we go until the next posting:)

    And no we are fur sure not first, MOL!!! Oh well…
