        • Oh I’m going to try really hard not to do that AT ALL….maybe corners of walls – that’s about the only place I do that now – with my face when I pass…….!! But I don’t do that “icky” scent marking stuff some cats do from the other end of their furry selves!!

          • Of course not! You are a Prince, Sammy, unlike a lot of peasant cats that wander round our garden, spraying and pooing under OUR willow tree without even bothering to scrape mud over their dirt! But that’s a different matter, whee are glad to hear that you will not be (tehe) bum-spraying anywhere!

          • I’m a very well-behaved guy……when I go out in my yard and I can tell a cat or dog has been to visit and left THEIR mark in MY yard, I bury it right away. How dare them?!?!?!?! HAHAHA

  1. I’m sure the move is bittersweet for your pawrents and you, Sammy. Motor Mommy says they’d love to come visit once you’re all settled in the new place!
    Happy Sunday!

    • Sam’s been in this house his whole life (other than the shelter when we adopted him!) so after 14 years he’s pretty darned settled here. I’m hoping he’ll adapt easily to the new place….some of our old furniture will be there so he’ll “know” that and us of course!!

  2. I hope your move to your new home isn’t too traumatic for you, Sammy. Us older folks sometimes find change hard. But I know you’ll love it…after all, you’ll have your Mom and Dad so it’s got to be good.

  4. Sammy it is always sad to say goodbye to what we know but what we don’t know yet will soon be familiar…and you will breeze it in…all the girls did here and even though we upsized it was still a big difference…apart from Cleo the girls really don’t range much further than the front yard!!! we found they settled really well..and now they feel very confident here..when we downsize it may be a different matter…we shall see…but I know you will be fine as the bacon follows you my friend šŸ™‚ hugs and loves Fozziemum xxx

    • Bacon will be my “anxiety medication” for the next couple of months I think! HAHAHA I think my parents are having a rougher time with this than I am….after all, until the day the movers come to take all this stuff away what the heck do I know?!?!?! HAHA

      • I agree they will be having a harder time..just don’t go hiding in boxes!!! once things start disappearing in your house you might get a bit funny..the girls did so I made sure they had spare boxes as a distraction…I hope you don’t have a three hour trip to move as the singing is really quite loud for the folks !! hugs Fozziemum xxx
