Same to you……….we actually ARE having turkey but for the purposes of Teddy’s HAHA poster, we went with prime rib (which does sound rather fabulous come to think of it!).

Howdeee! We are enjoying our Sunday – David is changing the oil in the lawn tractor (whoooppee?) and I just froze my (fill in the blank with a body part) off outside with Ted. It is COLD here. And windy. And it’s going to rain later (not snow fortunately). Other than that all is well – hope the same for you kids? We’re actually having turkey not prime rib but it was a better joke using prime rib instead of turkey for the blog poster.

It’s not the food that matters – it’s the sharing of love and remembering of thankfulness…..and we know you will do that just like we will!! Not having prime rib – it was just funnier on my poster to use that since there was a turkey in the photo. HA (sort of).

Petcretary has to work on Thanksgiving, she actually enjoys working on holidays like that, because so many family members come to see their loved ones, so se gets to meet them too. She gets to thank them for allowing her to help care for them and they get to thank her for the same thing!!
The other day, she came home from work with a Santa hat…LOL! Not a turkey head…

We’re not really having prime rib – but it made for a fun poster. LOL We’re having traditional stuff – turkey, dressing, green-bean casserole, sweet potatoes and mashed potatoes with gravy……gosh now I’m hungry!!!! I’m glad your Mom won’t mind working the holiday.
