TEASER TUESDAY!

TEASER TUESDAY!

Alright!   It’s that time again folks……………..Mom and I dug around in the photo collection and came up with TWO photos – of the same spot in the same place but one has a slightly different angle AND maybe shows more detail.   This time it’s a PLACE and not a THING but we will have more “THING TEASERS” in the future – I promise!

Ready?  Here are your Teaser photos for today.  Remember that you can’t win by saying “Oregon” or “Holland” – in other words, the city or state or country isn’t enough to WIN – we want to know WHERE this photo was taken.  City/Town and State/Country.   OK?    Here you are!

TEASERJAN12

Now, Mom and I did a little work on one of the photos to “blur” a few little things so hopefully there aren’t any TOTAL giveaways…………….but do your best, and make your guess in comments and maybe – just maybe – you’ll be my very FIRST “First Right Guesser” of 2015!

Here are the badges everybody will win (remember you get the BIG GREENIE if you are wrong or clueless so everyone gets something!):

Now step right up and GUESS………..I’m waiting!!!

Just hanging around waiting for you to guess!!!!

Just hanging around waiting for you to guess!!!!

Hugs,

Sammy the Teaser Guy

    • Hi Charlie! Good for you being the first person to take a peek at the Teaser today! You’re also the first to make a guess but whether you’re right or wrong – well – that has to wait for tomorrow!! Glad your Mom thinks her parents have been to this place – my parents have been there too since it was my Mom who took the photo………..Have a good day Charlie!

  1. We believe this is St. Petersburg, Russia. We can’t believe we’re on here early enough to at least make an original guess! Unless we don’t hit “enter” soon enough so I’d better quit rambling!

  2. Sammy, we like Will and Eko’s guess, but we did check out that Lucerna guess, and Mom has discovered another place she would like to visit. Obviously, we had NO idea. That hang-gliding looks as if it would be fun when it gets a little warmer outside. XOCK, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo

  6. we don’t know where it is. We do know neither of us has ever been there. It looks like somewhere in Europe, probably somewhere they like those domes, which could be Russia or other similar places. It looks gloomy and cold, but Lynettea says the buildings look interesting from an architectural perspective and there might be rats lurking around the drains, which would appeal to me. We can’t wait to find out!

    • I’m SURE there were some rats, mousies, and other critters lurking around that area and the water…….the architecture was “different” enough that my Mom thought it might throw everyone off on the photos BUT those who had been to Lucerne recognized it right away!!!!!!

  7. Oh crumb, I would have finally known one and I wasn’t here. Well that’ll teach me. We were in Lucerne in 2008 and took a photo of this exact church from the covered bridge. I loved it there.

    • My parents thought Lucerne was beautiful although the whole time they were there (just two days) it was foggy around the water. They stayed outside of town in a beautiful hotel and “bussed” into town.

  8. Wow it’s already Tuesday! As usual I don’t know but it looks like a really interesting place. I will guess Russia because the church looks like something you would see in Russia.
