Yep - it's Italy alright but WHERE???
Hey Gang! Well, some of you guessed that the photo was taken in Italy and know what? You were right! Yup…..Italy it is. Where in Italy? Rome – that’s where, but more specifically, it’s a building on the grounds of the Vatican in “Vatican City”…….a 109 acre independent state believe it or not. Mom and Dad went to see the Sistine Chapel on a tour and there were a bunch of buildings around including this one (Mom says she “thinks” it might have been the Papal quarters but she can’t remember). Really pretty place huh?
The landscaping with the evergreens and the palm tree make it tough to guess where exactly this pretty building sits so this Tuesday Teaser was a toughie!
I’ll try to find something other than a “European” photo for next Tuesday. Not everybody travels so it’s hard to know where some of these photos were taken, that’s for sure. But then again, if it was too easy it wouldn’t be much of a TEASE huh???? 😉

Yes Miss Linda you guessed Italy and indeed it was! Pretty piece of property, isn’t it? Mom said there was so much to see there….and so many people/tourists….but this photo looks so peaceful. Hope you have a super Leap Day and I’ll try to come up with another “stumper” for next Tuesday Teaser!

HA HA….well, Uncle J it’s hard to know where some of these photos were taken if you haven’t traveled across the ocean. But you know the US of A pretty darn well since you’ve been most everywhere (so says my Mom). I know Warrenton, Virginia and that’s about it!! 😉

Nurse Sundae huh? Hmm…I bet you’d look mighty cute in a nurse’s uniform! It’s nice of you to take care of your Mom since she’s under the weather. I agree with you that Mom managed to stick that camera of hers out the open window to capture something so “serene” as that view in the middle of a busy, noisy, people-filled tour of the Vatican grounds.

Hi Nellie….both my Mom and Dad were amazed at the art (so they tell me). Especially the Sistine Chapel (whatever that is). Maybe SHE should accompany Kozmo on one of his FBI capers – she’d have a chance to see the world then huh?!

Hey Cody! I hope you got a big slice of birthday cake from Dakota’s birthday PAR-TAY?? Yeah, I agree with you about that Vatican City place….who knew????!! Mom didn’t really know until she and Dad went there either. Looks like a nice place to take a walk and curl up under one of those trees or hide in those bushes though don’t you think????
