Holy Moly was that a good Teaser yesterday!   Wasn’t it?    Yes we knew it was a lighthouse but WHERE was that thing located?   It also looked like SEVERAL lighthouses that people found courtesy of Mr. Google so that made it even MORE tough.

YET – we did have a FIRST RIGHT GUESSER and you’ll hear about that in a bit…………….first things first though……………..Here’s the photo one more time…….Mr. Silver Briefcase dood, please bring the photo in and show it to my guests?????

The photo was sent in as a Teaser possibility by my super duper buddy Raz from Friends Furever!    His Mom and Dad took the photo on a visit to Campobello Island, New Brunswick, Canada where they saw this cute little Mulholland Point Lighthouse!!!!    YES it does look like Peggy’s Cove Light but it ISN’T and some of you guessed Peggy’s Cove then took a second, third or fourth look and decided “maybe not” !!!!    BRAVO for all of you who were on the trail of this one………..you kept at it then made your final guesses.    This is for you Raz!    Thanks again for the photo.

Our First Comments this morning were in a TIE for that position – Oliver and Calvin  and EASY.    You came in during the same MINUTE this morning and you both get this:

Then we have the winner of the FIRST RIGHT GUESSER…………….EASY got it again!   It took him a while to figure it out but he was the first to guess Mulholland Point Light in New Brunswick!   Easy concatulations my friend.   You are a FORCE TO BE RECKONED WITH on Tuesdays believe me…………..we ALL think so!

  2. That was a pretty good one!! There must be a kind of template for lighthouses as some of those look so similar with their shapes, colours and all!! Yes, I know they are like … kind of …. always placed near water! MOL Well done Raz and well done Easy (again!!!) 😉 xxxx

  7. Concats to Easy! My mum still doesn’t know if it is the same one she saw from a different angle and doesn’t remember the name anyway. Is it to one end of the Bay of Fundy? She saw several in that area but mostly from a distance apart from one which they went in, which was not that lighthouse, and they had lunch in the restaurant by the beach.

        • Well, Mr Google wasn’t as helpful as he could have been. St Margaret’s Bay is on one coast of Nova Scotia, and the Bay of Fundy is on the other side. The ship was docked at Halifax and depending on the route the tour bus took, it could have passed St Margaret’s Bay on the way to the Bay of Funday which would take about one hour 45 minutes.
          You can see now why I don’t always get a lot of visiting done. My mum spends too much time sleuthing around the internet instead of helping me!

          • HAHAHA….well, your Mom is VERY good at sleuthing and truly does know a whole lot of the Teaser photos because she’s traveled so many places! I think it was a really great Teaser from Raz’s Mom – – – it really did look like it COULD have been a couple of OTHER lighthouses!

  10. So, it seems as if our FINAL answer was correct. Yippee. A right guesser badge for a change of pace. Mom really didn’t have the time for the additional research, but sometimes she is like a cat with a nip toy…just cannot give up!   12. I knew it was a lighthouse and that it was pretty – where or where though was still a mystery to me – snorts with piggy laughter. Since I can’t guess them, perhaps I need to look through mom/dad’s travel photos for a submission – that would probably be the only way I can guess – 🙂 XOXO – Bacon

  14. Thanks Easy, and everyone. Easy, we’ll take the left side of the badge, MOL!! We’re pretty proud that we picked the right country but embarrassed because as Canadians we should have known it was New Brunswick not Nova Scotia, oh well, another greenie for our collection 🙂

    • Good idea to rename Easy to “DIFFICULT”……in fact considering the trouble he frequently gets into at his home, I think his parents would HAPPILY re-name him DIFFICULT!!!!! Thanks for taking a whack at the Teaser – it was one of those that fooled lotsa peeps!!!

      • Fanks Sammy, me really purreciates yous help. It was so furustrating not to be able to give everypawdy da links there. Me had messagfes all ready and everyfin’. But dat’s okay so long as they have da info. so dat da semiphore guy dusn’t scare them as much.
