Here We Are Again!

Seems what I thought might be a bit tough really was NOT tough for many of you………………………and talk about being READY for the blog to arrive in your mailbox- we had an extraordinary FOUR WAY TIE for FIRST COMMENTER!    Four comments within the first minute the blog went live yesterday.   WOWZERS.

First things first however, let’s whip that photo out one last time for you to see:

I’m sure a lot of you recognized my Dad in this photo……………and he’s standing in the center of “Old Town Quebec” in Quebec City – an area that sits just below the beautiful Chateau Frontenac where Mom and Dad were staying during their visit to Canada some years ago.   Dad’s smile is because it was a picture perfect day.  Every day they were there was perfect.

SO, who were my FOUR “First Commenters” ???    All four of you who were, get to proudly display the FIRST COMMENTER badge if you would like to!

Now, let’s move on and see who was SHARP enough to know where this photo was taken………………………..ready???    My FIRST RIGHT GUESSER was none other than my ginger twin, Flynn and his Mom and Dad were there on a vacation and actually took some photos in this same square in Old Town so she recognized it immediately!   Concatulations Flynn!

BUT then there were those who had no clue or guessed wrong – you are STILL winners of a GREENIE!

So I’m happy to say this seems to have been a good TEASER TEST this week and I just KNOW you can hardly wait for next Tuesday – right class?

    • Flynn you ALMOST were here on time yesterday – when you sent me the “where are you” note I was amazed because it was just two minutes before the scheduled time for the Teaser…..I think you and your Mum got those “VIBES” !!!!!

  4. My human has only been to Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver – she would LOVE to visit Quebec City! She especially loves Quebec and if it wasn’t for her being with a guy who doesn’t want to live where it snows (he grew up in Maryland and he’s done!), she would love to spend a couple of years in the province.

    • Oh my Mom and Dad really LOVED Quebec City…..they had visited Paris a couple of times before they were in Quebec City and said it was CLOSE to being back in Paris – little narrow streets with artists everywhere, etc. Quite a beautiful city and INTERESTING too!

  13. Yay for Flynn and his mom!!
    We are pleased a purple peppers to be among the 4 first commenters!!
    Mom will be adding the badge to my post tomorrow..she says this is her ‘gold’ medal for having quick fingers. MOL When she was a teenager she used to win a lot of free 45 records by being first to call in the radio station.

    • YAY for your Mom being “fast on the draw” !!!!! My Mom always tried to win free stuff from the radio stations – the closest she got was being on the air with her WRONG GUESS once….hahahaha

    • Your Ladymum does a GREAT job of looking at the photos and making her best guess……….that’s what makes Teasers fun! Besides, my newly designed Greenie is pretty cool right? Have another one dear boy and don’t feel dejected – feel proud of your Ladymum for playing!!!!!!

    • We did think of that – especially when Flynn’s Mom sent a couple of photos SHE had taken there to my Mom. The only difference in the photos was in hers there were flower boxes at the windows….different time of the year….but the photo and view was the SAME (Insert Twilight Zone Theme Here…….). Interesting for sure!
