Teaser Tell All

HELLO CLASS!!!!

Thank you all for being so prompt in reporting for Geography class today – obviously you’re ANXIOUS to hear where that photo from yesterday was taken right?   Well I won’t torture you and make you wait for long but we need to take care of business first before handing out the prizes!

Hurry up! I wanna know who wins WHAT!

First bit of business is to tell you that this was NOT a Guest Teaser – I didn’t say if it was or wasn’t yesterday but it was NOT……..my Mom and Dad took this photo on a trip some years (like a lot of years) ago to (drum roll please)………………..NEW YORK CITY!!!!!!!!

A lot of you got it right but then I’m getting ahead of myself again……………….let’s show the photo one more time then hand out the goodies!

Mom and Dad stayed on the bazillionth floor of a hotel in downtown Manhattan and Mom THINKS (remember she’s old and her memory is dim) that they took this photo from up there…….but who knows – she could have been cruising around in a space ship for all I know!   Dad says she’s nuts – that they took it from atop the Empire State Building (where the space ship landed…hahaha).   Anyway, it’s definitely NYC!

Who was my FIRST COMMENTER?    We had TWO of them……………..came in the same time in fact……………..they were Easy (the speedy Weim) and Oliver and Calvin (my Facebook buddies)!  Both of you get THIS!

Then we waited around watching the guesses until we finally got our FIRST RIGHT GUESSER……….who was it?    Well congratulations to Charles Huss for being FIRST !    Charles’ blog “Bad Cat Chris” is a hoot……..we love hearing the adventures of those Florida kitties!  This is for you Charles:

Several others leaped on that guess OR guessed without seeing anyone else’s guess and just plain KNEW!    All of you who did, get this!

I don’t dare ask Suzie if she’d like to give a cheer to our winners today – she’s a bit unstable (again) – so I think we’ll leave her in her padded cell cheerleading practice room this morning and simply say – we’ll hope next week she can try for “NICE” again!

Bravo class……….as usual you have made me proud.   As your Professor of Geography I like seeing that you are studying and researching which is putting you in line for a WINNER’S badge one of these weeks if you haven’t won one yet.   KEEP TRYING……………where there’s a will, there’s a way!
