  4. Very handsome selfie this morning, Sammy! We have snow this morning that the weather idiots said wouldn’t make it to our bit of country and we have a brunch date with The Mama and CH’s brother and wife so I am hoping we can still make it because the FOOD where we are going is awesome… I was planning on BACON! Lobster and White Truffle Quiche, too… yes, real country folks do eat quiche. Enjoy your Sunday, with or without snow! It is cold here too… 16 degrees!

    • Oh I do hope you had that fabulous-sounding breakfast this morning! In fact, it sounds AMAZING. That’s a good combination of yummies. Hope the snow didn’t keep you away from it. Mom and Dad had lobster mac-n-cheese last night for dinner and I got to lick Mom’s finger a couple of times – it was delish but very rich. We had snow this afternoon – it was coming down like mad for a couple of hours then it disappeared – TOTALLY DISAPPEARED. No complaints here though – my favorite kind of snow is the disappearing kind. SIXTEEN IS COLD……..hope you were able to bundle up and eat that brunch!

  11. Sammy, your selfie showed up just fine on the hop. We really like your selfie today…you are not napping. Is it snowing there. It has been snowing for a couple hours and it has stuck.     • Oh I didn’t SEE it there until later and I assumed you had loaded it up for me! Glad it was there…….YAY! Yes – Mom loves that photo of me (you know how Moms are!)……and I was looking right smack at her when she snapped it too! We had snow as well here for about two hours – very light stuff but covered EVERYTHING up including the trees but in the last hour it MELTED……it’s gone…..just like it never happened!!!!! So we had snow but it didn’t leave a trace……like a dream. Oh well!

    Guess what it was snowing here for about 30 minutes beautiful but of course it didn’t stick since it was 60 degrees yesterday

    • Know what? That’s EXACTLY what happened here – it snowed like mad then an hour ago it stopped and melted and you’d NEVER know it was here. Maybe it was a mirage? Maybe we both imagined it was snowing?????

  17. Nice selfie, Sammy! Sadly, there was only sausage at breakfast, and my human says that’s too spicy for me. 😦 There wasn’t anything for her to eat either – the breakfast burritos and sandwiches all had sausage too and she doesn’t eat meat stuff.

    • Hotel sausage is usually dangerous to eat (burp) so says my Mom and your human was right – too spicy for your tummy anyway! Well there’s always hope that the next trip will have bacon for the breakfast buffet!!
