Hear Ye, Hear Ye…..and MORE!

Hi Everyone!  Did you think you’d entered the Twilight Zone when you visited my blog yesterday morning?  Well, that was a bit of a last minute surprise – one I couldn’t prepare you for – but I had been asked to be the Judge in this very important dispute between two canines and I did my civic duty! 

To all of you who came over from here to see what the courtroom action and case consisted of (which was on Misaki’s blog ALL DAY yesterday!), thanks for visiting.  It was a long day but before I go further with the resumption of my usual blog, I need to announce my decision as judge on the case of Doggy v. Mollie.

I, Judge Samuel Kimmell, Esq. am happy to announce the following conclusion to the case of Doggy v. Mollie which was held on Misaki’s blog yesterday.

The Honorable Judge Samuel Kimmell Will Be Presiding Over Court This Day.  He will be listening to evidence in the case of Doggy v. Mollie

At issue is Doggy’s claim that Mollie promised a PAW PRINT icon to everyone on her website who was participating in her latest contest on her blog whereas Mollie (represented by her attorney, Misaki, Esq., Attorney at Law) claims she did NOT promise the icon to EVERYBODY, only those who had not yet won one.

If you would care to sit in the gallery to observe the proceedings, or have evidence to present on either side, or just plain want to be there to have a good laugh see the court system at work, please report to Judge Kimmell’s court room where at 9AM (Britain time) and 4AM Eastern Standard Time in the US, court will be convened!
