Friendly Fill-Ins

Standard

Friday is for filling in!    Our two co-hosts give us four sentences and we fill in the blanks they left for us.  Easy huh?   Sometimes Mom and I split up the filling in duty.

Here are today’s sentences!    I thought today Mom and I would split up the filling in duties.   SOOOOOOOOOOO if I’m supplying the word it’s in BLUE and if Mom is supplying the word the words are in GREEN!

1. My favorite holiday tradition is hanging a stocking up for Santa to fill – we have three stockings up – one for me, one for my husband and one for Teddy!
2. On Christmas (or Hanukkah) I plan to fill up on TREATS!.
3. ‘Twas the night before Christmas and all through the house I spent most of the evening looking for a mouse (just kidding – never had a mouse in the house but it rhymed so I said it….tee hee).
4. SMILING is the best way to spread holiday cheer.

Alrighty then!   Done!    Mom and I both enjoy filling in the blanks and we thank our two co-hosts for giving us four sentences every week to play around with.
We wish everyone a VERY VERY VERY happy holiday – whatever holiday you’re celebrating…………!

Love, Pam and Teddy

  1. We totally agree with your mama about smiling. That is the most cheerful thing ever. Mom’s friends sometimes tell her that she walks around smiling for no reason. Mom denied it till one day she was walking around outside with me, and her front teeth felt cold. Yup. She was smiling at nothing for no reason.

  3. I know how much you love the Christmas stockings. They were my favorite too and we have two stockings up this year after not having them for a long time. My Mom, err… Santa put a can of black olives in my stocking every year because I loved them! Teddy, I am going to fill up on treats too! Smiling is great!

  4. Its COLD here…all of 4F this afternoon…couple that with gusty winds of about 40mph , and then try and shovel the snow and refill the bird feeders…usually I do that right out there, but today, I took them down and filled them up in the house and then took them all back outside. The birdies are swarming those feeders and they are even having a hard time hanging on to the feeder perches, the wind keeps trying to knock them off.

We sometimes DO have mousies here in our house…a long time ago, Pipo & Minko and even MJF had fun with one bold one who tried entering our dining room…through some teeny crack in or OLD house…sheesh…I try to put steel wool when I see any places where they could enter, but those guys are too smart and I swear they could get through a pin hole!

Stay warm and safe!! Happy Almost Christmas!
