It’s Monday and you know by now that means it’s time for a SPARK. “SPARKS” was started by Annie McGuffy of McGuffy’s Reader but ended when she stopped blogging some time ago. It was meant to be a way to start out each week with with a meaningful thought – something that spoke to each of us and hopefully everyone else who read it. Although Annie isn’t currently blogging, a lot of us who enjoyed her SPARKS decided to keep posting SPARKS of our own. Why? Because sometimes we need a little “spark” in our lives and these posts were meant to at least be a PART of that effort. Please feel free to post your own SPARK on your blog and let everyone know you have…….we get energy from each other that way.
No big explanation for this one – I think it says it all.

That is a great Spark. It made me think of a funny quote. I’m not sure who said it or the exact words but it was something like, “Quitting smoking is easy, I’ve done it a hundred times.”

We have some staff where I work who could benefit from this quote…they spend far too much time worrying and wringing their hands instead of just getting at it.
I want to tell them, go ahead, its OK to make mistakes; if that is why you are worried, you’ll learn from them and then you’ll only get better!
You and I and not a few others, know about keeping it together…because there is always tomorrow.
