Friendly Fill-Ins on Friday

Standard

Happy Friday!    Before we do our filling in for today, we want to send our buddy and pal SammyP from 15andmeowing a big pile of POTP and hugs along with our hope that he will be feeling better soon.    We are linking up with his Mom Ellen’s “co-host” Lorianne at Four-Legged Furballs for this week’s filling in since Mom Ellen is taking care of Sammy.  If you click the badge above it takes you to Four-Legged Furballs where you can link up and join in the fill-in fun.

We get two sentences from each of our co-hosts every week and all we have to do is fill in the blanks they give us in the sentences – it’s tons of fun – really – join in if you want to!

Here are this week’s sentences and blanks.    This week I let my Mom do ALLLLLLLLLLLLLLL the filling in.   I like to give her little treats like that from time to time you know…..haha  Her words are in GREEN.

1. I have never been able to enjoy exercising which involves leaping around – like aerobics – I like stretching and riding a stationary bike though!
2. I used to be good in high school running competition.
3. I feel rejuvenated when spring has sprung.
4. I would like everyone to know Teddy will have a happy and “cushy” life with two dedicated and loving parents for as long as he lives (which I hope will be forever and ever!)

Hey Mom – I especially like #4 !!      Maybe next week I’ll do all the filling in myself.    THANKS TO OUR CO-HOSTS for this fun Hop every week and again –  everybody send tons of POTP to SammyP at 15andMeowing…………….

Hugs, Mom and Me

  1. Oh, those were great fill-ins and you don’t have to jump around or go to the floor or lots of other things you and mama don’t like to do in order to keep trim. Mama says to go to Pahla B on YouTube and take a look at HER view of keepoing snappy. She’s wacko and FUN.

  2. Stretching is good! I like to go for long walks of 2 – 4 miles…except for when there is ice or snow…as many of the routes I take here in the rural area we live in, do not have sidewalks.

We too are pawyering hard for Sammy to have lots of time left, and we add POTP as well.

And Teddy, we sure agree with #4!

  3. I’m with you on the exerciseing. When we had a gym membership, Rose would try to talk me into going to water aerobics with her but I preferred to use the weight machines and then the exercise bike.

    • HOWDY!!!! When I lived in Florida I liked to go down to the beach and walk EARLY in the morning or just before sunset. Rest of the time it was just too danged hot to do anything!

  4. Pam I took water aerobics once at the NCSU swimming pool. It was enjoyable until I got out of the pool to find several of the men from the Physics shop there too. I forgot my towel to wrap around me. I was not fond of walking to the locker room out in the open.
Teddy is in the lap of luxury there.

    • Yeah I hear you on the grabbing a towel thing…..I was never comfy in my bathing suit strutting my stuff. I’ve always been shy in that way – always. Yep – Teddy is a spoiled rotten adorable big ginger boy who will live in the lap of luxury as LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG as possible! 🙂

  6. Thank you for the purrs and prayers for Sammy. And thank you for participating in the fill-ins, great answers- especially #4. Stretching and the exercise bike are both good and way more than I do. XO

    • I should do more but it’s just hard sometimes to get enthusiastic about doing any exercise. Wasn’t that way when I was younger but now that I’m older I enjoy a quiet afternoon with a book!!

  7. Teddy, your mom did wonderfully with the Friendly Fill-Ins! Kudos to you for doing competitive running in high school. I’ve never had any desire for or skills in running. I used to have a stationary bike that I really enjoyed using, but I never replaced it once it broke, and now my favorite form of exercise is kickboxing. I am so happy that Teddy has you two, and vice versa. You are all meant to be together. Purrs!
