Wow……the Sunday after Christmas and we’re all still FULL of Christmas dinner around here. I think we’re in for a LAZY DAY. We woke up to snow! I’ve had some fun in that but it’s all melting now and I’m quite content to nap while the bipeds watch movies and eat chocolate!

Sounds like a wonderful “day after Christmas” meal…..knowing my Mom and Dad they will have a “re-do” of the turkey dinner yesterday. Only thing that will be missing from THAT meal for today is mashed potatoes! Everything else had some leftovers. Mom doesn’t care about anything but stuffing and green bean casserole. HAHAHA

She is a girl, eats and sleeps a lot. Mom said she lives with us, but is not our cat, she needed someone to take care of her. Her own home never asked of her when she came in and asked for food. So we will see what happens.

Oh my – well I think it’s very kind of your Mom to take her in and give her safety and food….it’s too bad her own home didn’t want her but THEIR LOSS is YOUR GAIN. Bless you all for giving her what she deserves. I know it will be strange having a companion but I think once you get used to her – you will LOVE HER !

Lazy day here too. Movies and leftover homemade noodles over mashed potatoes in my favorite noodle bowl! A great flashback… very colorful. The border is awesome. Happy Day after Christmas, it’s my favorite day, better than Christmas!

That sounds like our day – we are watching movies and Mom made some turkey salad and mixed in some cranberries and even some turkey stuffing. She and Dad are making happy sounds when they eat it. Guess that’s good!!!!!

That’s a great picture, Teddy. I am also guilty of not taking pictures on Christmas. I only took two pictures when I saw Frankie on two feet begging cheese from my father-in-law. By the time I got the camera ready the moment was gone and the photos were meh.

I know – my Mom simply forgets she has a camera by her side…….being in the moment doesn’t include being there with a camera trying to get the light right, the perfect pose, etc. She likes just being THERE without a camera!!
