Each week our co-hosts (15andMeowing and Four-Legged Furballs) give us FOUR sentences that WE complete by filling in the blanks in the sentences with our own words – result? Well we tell a bunch of interesting stuff about ourselves when we complete those sentences. FUN – you betcha.
Mom and I both filled in today – when it’s ME “talking” and filling in the blanks the words are in BLUE and when it’s Mom, the words are in PINK!
1. So far this year, I have accomplished my personal goal of more outside time than EVER before – I’m now outside an average of 4 hours a day! (with snoopervision)
2. My plans for October include going on vacation and cleaning my closet AND dresser drawers to take stuff to Goodwill.
3. Minding my Mom may be difficult, but it’s worth it. (the more I learn to mind, the more privileges I get!)
4. I don’t think I’ll ever master dieting – the few times I’ve done it have not been overly impressive!
So there you have it. Mom and I both filled in the blanks and now we’re done so we can go outside- right Mom? Happy Friday everyone………….!
TWO Spoiled Cats 
Well, I found the friendly fill-ins yesterday, who knows where or when so toady I will just enjoy yours! Mama and papa are GONE..who knows where or when and I am meowing to my kitty sitter, either wondering where they are, or a bit relaxed that now I an rule the roost!

I know…..I should give my Mom and Dad a break but I love being outside so much and so far they’re helping me do it!

Teddy, would a large Catio help? There are times when your Mom and Dad might not be able to take you ad that would sure be a help.

Mom has wanted a catio for me FOREVER……but Dad is the holdup. Actually we need a new deck and Mom was hoping at that time they would just enclose it with screening and THEY would enjoy no bugs and I would enjoy outside time without them having to take me. We’ll see – maybe next Spring???!!

I know I’m lucky….and I try not to take advantage of that. I hope Mom and Dad have a nice vacation and I know the Sisters at Paws A While Pet Hotel will make sure I’m happy too!

You are getting a nice lot of outside time, Teddy. I have the same problem with dieting as your mom. I have given up on it now because it never works and just makes me miserable. I naturally don’t eat as much as I used to so at least I don’t put more weight on any more.

Mom doesn’t eat as much as she used to either and she says that’s as close to “dieting” as she will get – no special foods, no special drinks – no nothing – just cutting back a bit.

Thanks Miss Pix……I’m sure the Sisters will take super care of me and I’m glad Mom and Dad can go to their favorite place for a few days!! It’s COLD outside…..Mom opened the door to see what kind of jacket she needed to wear to let me out on the porch and saw her breathe in the air – that’s when you know it’s COLD!

It has been 3 years and 6 months since I have seen my breath in the air! It was cold when we left MO in February of 2018. Maybe a fire soon, Teddy!

We are ready with a whole cord of wood AND a little from last year leftover. We can’t WAIT for the first fire!!!!!! Breath in the air – it’s a little jolting even though we’re used to it here – it’s just THE SIGN that Fall has Fallen!!!!

Our Sister Fidelma has really taken to being outside lately, sometimes over night, and that worries us, even if she stays very close to the house.

I’m not allowed to be outside on my own – at night we have lots of foxes who enjoy snacking on cats or squirrels or whatever else they can find! Hope Fidelma is OK!

Planning and getting ready for a trip really ramps up the excitement, doesn’t it? All I can say is pay special attention to the first syllable of the word ‘diet.’ That’s always been enough for me! LOL Course, it shows on my hips. *sigh 🤣

Tell your mom not to worry about the diet situation. At a certain age, skinny is not a good look, anyway. She’s perfect just the way she is!

She used to be TOO skinny – when she was in school as a young girl and teen. She had to wear little girls clothes because she was so thin. THEN – well – puberty hit and she blossomed! LOL

You are wise, young cat, to realize that if you learn and obey, you can be trusted more and be given more privileges.
Dieting, is both overrated and worth trying, in the sense that any diet will work short term to get a bit of weight off, but only trying, day by day, to be as healthy as you can really does any of us any good.

I know how lucky I am that Mom and Dad give up so much of their time every day to let me have “my” outside time. Yep they are excited about their trip alright – and I’m thinking about how much the Sisters enjoy my visits at the Cat Spa too!!
