I have a “different” selfie today. Actually it’s a “DOUBLE”……………..I took a photo of David taking Teddy out for a breath of air about five minutes ago. I took Ted out earlier this morning so it’s David’s turn (haha). He went to the airport early this morning to do some prep for tomorrow’s plane inspection and Teddy snagged ME to take him out in the 41 degree morning air (brrrr).
Anyway, I was at the top of the steps and I told the boys to smile for the camera – David complied (or at least he looked at me) and Teddy could only think about that door opening up to FREEDOM!
I think he believes if he stares at the door long enough it will magically open. Anyway, I thought this might make an interesting puzzle with all the angles so I made one for you Sunday Hop Puzzlers!
And I made a puzzle of this one – I used Lunapic’s “CONNECTIONS” Art Effect……………I really like the way things look with this particular filter.

Hi Loulou – so sorry you have problems commenting – have no idea why as haven’t heard of problems with anyone else!! We have to completely fill in all the blanks when we comment on many blogs – whatever changed we’re not sure but it’s been a couple of months since we have to do that on many of the blogs we follows. We don’t mind really – just another “hurdle to jump” !! Glad you like the photo of me and my Dad heading outside for a walkabout.

Lovely photo of you waiting for your walk, Teddy. When I took the boys on their walks around the fields I used to say to them, “Who wants to go walkies?” They would rush out to the garden gate and wait like that for me to open it.

Teddy begins saying “OWWW” over and over and over at the door. Then tries to OPEN the door. Good grief…you’d think he thought there was some huge treat on the front porch or something!

Thankfully Sammy doesn’t do that since I’m sure our wooden door would show the attempts at opening the door!!! He does reach way up to the handle though which I find cute. We keep the door locked thankfully or I’m thinking he’s smart enough to open it!!!!

The door means FREEDOM doesn’t it! Dad is my “main man” when it comes to going through the door. Mom used to be my #1 but she’s hobbling around now with arthritis and can’t keep up with me. Glad you liked the puzzle!

We are all enjoying the outside these days more than ever before. We do have a wonderful yard with all sorts of things for “Mr. You Know Who” to explore. Keeping a close eye on him as he chases squirrels and chipmunks is a challenge though!

This morning it’s 38. Holy mackerel………they do say it will warm up this week but I’m thinking EARLY COLD WEATHER. If acorn size is any indicator (and they say it is) we’re gonna have a toughie because these acorns are HUGE!!!!!!!!!
