Well Summer is definitely here…………….and we all tend to eat more LIGHT stuff so we don’t get weighed down with having eaten huge meals and feeling sluggish! Nobody wants to feel like a slug right? This refreshing drink is SO SIMPLE TO MAKE – even I can handle this one!
SO…………how about a nice, cool fruit smoothie???????
BANANA BERRY SMOOTHIE
Ingredients: (makes one smoothie)
1 cup milk
3 large strawberries
1 tablespoon vanilla yogurt
1 teaspoon honey
In a blender, combine milk, banana, strawberries, yogurt and honey. Blend until smooth. Pour into glass and serve.
Yep – just the thing for a warm/hot day……………..Give it a try!
