WOO HOO it’s Sunday and time for us to post a photo of US (a selfie!) and join the Hop that the Kitties Blue at The Cat On My Head host. Tons of fun and who doesn’t like strutting their stuff?
I decided to post a flashback selfie since Mom hasn’t taken any new photos of me lately. So I look back in my files and find something from about this same date from one of my past three years here and GO FOR IT.
Here’s a photo my Mom took of me in my favorite nap chair in the guest room – February 10, 2018 so two years ago. She also did an “artsy” version of this one so I’ll repost that. Back then, Mom hadn’t started making puzzles of me but she did one TODAY for the artsy version of my photo andthe link for that is below!!

I think the artsy picture is going to make a fun puzzle! Nap chairs are good. I don’t have a nap chair but I do have a nap couch! Good Morning there in VirginEYE-A! Bought the stuff for the bacon and chicken crock pot meal yesterday and it is tonight’s dinner. I just might shoot you a picture!

Hello FLORIDDAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAADOOOOOOOOOOOOOOODEEEEE! Guess what’s in our crockpot RIGHT THIS MINUTE????!!!! The house smells divine. Send me a pic of yours – mine looks very boring (I didn’t add any veg or anything) but I bet it’s DIVINE. Can’t decide if we’ll have it over noodles or rice.

Right now it looks like a big poofy biscuit over the chicken ready to explode. We can’t SEE the chicken! It’s going to be interesting. You will get a picture. I don’t think this is what it is suppose to look like, seriously.. Ha. I bought fresh broccoli to steam. I don’t know if we will do any noodles or rice although I think rice would be good.

Did you reduce the amount of flour since you used the “already cooked” bacon? Mine doesn’t look like that and I half-fried my own bacon! LOL Maybe a poofy chicken crockpot dish will be just as tasty as a non-poofy……we can compare notes! I had mine on low for 8 hours.

You’re right (my bad!) – the recipe is RIGHT on the blog post (I double/triple checked!!!). Mine just isn’t poofy – it’s “saucy”……but tasty and I bet the POOFY is too! 🙂
