Here are the four sentences we got this week…………………..I decided to let my Mom do them – she’s been a BIG HELP to me this whole week with Cat Scouts “stuff” so I owe her big time. Take it away Mom and make sure your answers are in RED!
1. I am a stickler for making notes (if I don’t make them, I’ll forget something!).
2. By the end of August, I plan to have Teddy’s reservation at the kennel made for our trip in October – it’s a VERY popular spot where he stays!.
3. My caring heart is my favorite thing about myself. (Although I suspect I get hurt more easily because of it!)
4. These days, my biggest priority is trying to spend less time on the computer (seriously!).
OK Mom…..I was sure your #4 would be “MY SWEET CAT TEDDY” but I suppose I don’t mind that getting more time off the computer is CLOSE to that – because you do so much on the computer with my blog, Cat Scouts, and researching stuff that you don’t have as much time for ME as I’d like. I’m a greedy kitty…..I want more MOM-time!!!!

NOW FOR SOME BREAKING NEWS! All this week I’ve been at Yellowstone National Park with the CAT SCOUTS for Summer Camp………boy oh boy do we have fun – you cats ought to join up! But the NEWS is that one of the Patrols at Cat Scouts (The Wolverine Patrol) sponsored a Corn Hole Bean Bag Contest yesterday…..four tries to get one of the bean bags in the hole. Well, I did my bestest of course and ONE bean bag ALMOST went in the hole. Know what? It turned out that was the BEST SHOT – everyone else totally missed! That meant I WON THE CONTEST and I got a totally cool trophy for it. I just had to share……….pretty neato huh? Know what else? Cat Scouts is a lot of fun……………you should check it out………..we get to wear uniforms and EVERYTHING. If you have any questions about Scouts just ask me…..! Thanks to Wolverine Patrol for the very swell trophy. Mom says now I’m a little bit too full of myself (what does THAT mean???) after winning the trophy.

I write everything down too… but I often have no clue where my notes are… it’s like haunted my brain-storage is a mess like my computer LOL

Mom keeps some of her notes right by the computer………..the grocery list is right on the refrigerator………without things being ONLY there, she’d never find a thing either!

OH my goodness…I love the fill-ins. I have to write the grocery list and if it’s not a day by day thing I have to do, it goes to the calendar to remind me. I pick that calendar up every morning! And I am spending too much time on the computer and reading as well. If I keep that up I will regret it physically. Need to keep up a lot of movement for my health sake. The iPhone is my nemesis.

Mom has a grocery list on the refrig. with a magnet and writes stuff down as she’s in/out of the refrig. and cabinets. She also keeps a calendar by the computer……only way she can keep track of Cat Scouts, Blog Stuff due, etc. Mom says her “brain” is on lists. Maybe that’s true???? Too much time at the computer is a bad thing. This week has been awful – Mom’s been attached to the computer endlessly because of Scouts but next week will be better and I can have her attention!

ConCats on winning the cornhole competition. We think your Mom did a great job with the fill-ins!! Mom here needs to spend more time away from the computer too. Summer Camp has been a blast!

I’ll pass on the Cat Scouts.
Taking notes isn’t a panacea. My peep’s grandmother lived to be 102 (no, she wasn’t a parrot). She knew she had memory problems in the end so she wrote notes to herself to help her. She forgot where she put the notes.

I can identify with #3…we do have to guard our caring hearts nowadays but I’m still glad I have one!!!
I’m alternating between computer and quilting. Seems to help my body parts not to stay in one place too long

Notes are a MUST! Mom makes them all the time on her phone and in Alexa. They also remind her to LOOK AT THE NOTES when necessary. Otherwise – what’s the point??

Someone else said something similar – you can make all the notes to remind yourself that you want to but what’s to say you will forget to look at your notes?!?!?! LOL

Mau thinks it is so cool that you won the CornHole Tournament and displayed your trophy here. He really had a lot of fun planning it. He too wishes that some new Scouts would sign up. I’ll make sure and tell Mom about the #3 on Fill-Ins and what your Mom said….that will make my Mom feel good for sure……yeah I couldn’t believe I won the corn hole tournament – and like I told you I had PURPOSELY made that one shot a “not in the hole all the way” shot because I wanted to leave it open for someone ELSE to win. I love my trophy – I have it next to my cardwood derby trophy.
