Friendly Fill-Ins

Happy Friday everyone… we share some information about ourselves thanks to our co-hosts and this fun BLOG HOP.    They give us sentences with blanks we fill and just like that – we’ve shared something you  might not know about us!   Fun huh?   If you want to join in, click the badge above and LINK UP to the HOP!

This week I decided to let Mom fill in two of the sentences and told her that I would do the other two.    SHARESIES!   My words are BLUE and Mom’s are GREEN.

1. A benefit of wearing a harness is that I get to hang out in the yard with Mom and Dad watching squirrels, birds and chipmunks UP CLOSE!.

2. Sometimes one needs to really think about all the blessings we have in our lives.

3. I’m most likely to become famous for my HUGENESS.

4. “Body-shaming” is a current trend that makes no sense to me.  (Note:  After all – who among us has a perfect body and can pass judgement on others???)

There you have it – another week of filling in the blanks and you know more about us now – isn’t that swell?    Well, maybe not very exciting but isn’t it fun to get to know each other in such a simple and fun way?   Thank you 15ANDMEOWING and FOUR-LEGGED FURBALLS for this super duper FUN Hop you host.    You make Fridays super fun.
Happy end of week………………………..

Love, Teddy……….”living large and in charge” (haha)

    • Good Morning Miss Pix !! Hope all is well down in Florida-land. We’re going to have more rain here this afternoon we think. I’m about to go outside for my first cruise of the day. It’s breezy so I think it must be pretty nice out there!

      Hugs, Teddy Bean

  1. Thank you both for participating in the fill-ins, great answers. I am glad you are liking your harness and getting to enjoy the great outdoors with your folks. Teddy, you will be famous for being so darn cute and fun. I love that baby face. And your mom’s answers are perfect. Have a nice weekend! XO

    • You have a nice weekend too! I haven’t gone out today yet – I’ve been enjoying my window seat in the garage but no doubt I will be asking soon for a yard cruise. Mom gives me kisses all the time because of my baby face so I’m glad I have it! HAHAHA

      Hugs, Teddy

  2. Amen to #2 we have so many blessings just waking up everyday tops the list
#4 I cannot tell you have many times we have said how thankful we are that our daughter did not have all this social media madness as a teen.
    Hugs Cecilia

    • Social media is out of control – things used to be so simple and uncomplicated but now you have to be careful what you say, where you go, who you’re with, how you look – I’m glad that I can remember when life was more simple. I don’t suppose that kind of thing will ever become “fashionable” again!

      Hugs, Pam

  3. I’m glad you’re enjoying the fresh air safely with your harness!

I think that our society, in general, is far too preoccupied with appearances. There are much more important things to focus on.

    Have a great weekend!

    • You are so wise Clowie. You’re right about society – we have bigger issues to face than how we look or how someone else looks. Seems we’ve forgotten that……

      Love an Happy weekend!

  5. We bet you enjoy all that time outside very much, Teddy. And your Mom is very smart – too often we forget about all the good fortune and blessings in our lives.

    • Bad things happen to good people as they say – and life is a balance of good and bad/happy and sad. Finding that place from which we can CHOOSE the positive will make us and everyone around us HAPPIER.

      Love, Pam

  6. Loved reading your answers…and shaming anything is not very nice. Imagine if you were on the receiving end of that shaming? I think even shaming jokes can be hurtful.

Every day is a blessing, and each of those days are filled with plenty more. We have to take a pause and reflect on that more often.

    • I hide under a forsythia bush and they are so used to seeing me they get like two feet away and I could leap out there and grab one but Mom says they’d probably claw my face off before I had a chance to “play” with them! 😦

      Hugs, Teddy

  7. Those are some pawsum answers. We totally don’t get the body shamin’ either. And we luv to count our Blessings, big or small. Your furiendship is among the big ones. Fank you. Big hugs

    Luv ya’

  8. Teddy, cool how your #3 and your mom’s #4 mirror each other. #2 is something we should all do everyday. Good job, as usual. XOCK, angel Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, angel Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth, Calista Jo, Cooper Murphy and Sawyer

  9. Teddy, both you and your mom have such fantastic fill-ins! I bet both you and your parents enjoy the family time outdoors. Your harness makes this safe and possible, and that’s wonderful! And I’m with you on the body shaming. It makes me sick to think that people find it necessary to judge others.

I wanna know what YOU've got to say!!
