Teaser Tell All and Not Hot Date #3

Standard

Tell It Like It Is Class Is Officially In Session!

How did you like yesterday’s Teaser?   Interesting one don’t you think?    We’re here to give you the scoop on the photo and who sent it in…….and at the end of class we’ll make our way to the cafeteria for lunch and the SCOOP on Miss D’s Blind Date #3 with Harry and his pink hair.

WordPress did some sort of wacky and unknown TEST OF PATIENCE yesterday when Teaser was posted.   Or should I say NOT posted…..at least when it SAID it was…….it was confusing and as usual with WordPress we’ll never know what really happened but some of you got here and got the dreaded “WHHOOOOPS 404” error screen………some of you didn’t get any kind of notice after it WAS live, and some of you (like us) had no clue what was going on.   All we know is that within a couple of minutes apparently things were FIXED and the Teaser post went out.   Thankfully WordPress doesn’t bungle things often but when they do it’s a complete mystery to everyone – even us.

All that aside, who was our first BLOG COMMENTER?????

Was it ME????  I commented while I was still on the school bus!

No – sorry – it wasn’t you………….it was:

Timmy Tomcat

YAY TIMMY!!!!!

AND, Timmy, this little gem is yours!!

Oh boy! We were FIRST COMMENTERS on the Teaser post of March 19, 2019!

Congratulations Timmy – you’re cute!  Do you date dogs?????

Here is the photo from yesterday – quite an interesting one we must say!

We thought a lot of you might guess that this was the Loch Ness Monster – Nessie – and guess what…..it actually isn’t her – perhaps a cousin?    This wonderful sculpture is in South Queensferry, Scotland which is close to Edinburgh and it guards a rail bridge which you will see in some of the photos HERE.      But the actual information on THIS sculpture – which is called “The Guardian of the Bridge”, and the artist who conceived it and the school children who helped is HERE.

Who sent in this GEM of a photo for Teaser?

Miss Jackie of TWO DEVON CATS!

YAY!  Here’s a badge to thank you Miss J:

My fabulous photo was featured on the Tuesday Teaser of March 19, 2019!

DARN! I wanted to guess this week but the photo fooled me!

We know sometimes it’s frustrating not to be able to figure out the Teaser BUT that’s also what makes Teaser Tuesday so much fun…………………FIGURING THINGS OUT!    And this week we had someone do that FIRST – want to know who was the winner of the FIRST RIGHT GUESSER badge???

DRUMROLL DOOD

I’m holding my breath until you tell us!!!!!!

PHENNY AND NELLIE from EASY WEIMARANER!

We’re so happy for you boys we just have to dance!!

We are too!!!!

Here’s your badge boys:

We were the FIRST RIGHT GUESSERS on the Teaser of March 19, 2019! We are “rockin’ Weims” !!!!

There were others of you who got this one – and good for you – you’ve earned yourself a copy of this for your very own:

I guessed Teaser right on March 19, 2019 but I wasn’t the FIRST……still, I won a badge so I’m GOOD!

If you guessed but were wrong???   There were a few of you in this category too (oops) you still get a badge and it’s THIS ONE:

Well I tried to guess the Teaser of March 29, 2019 but my guess was WRONG! Woe is me but I get a Greenie anyway!

Cheer Team – you’re ON!!!!

That was tricky but we still had fun
Handing out badges to almost everyone!
Our FIRST COMMENTER was a guy who’s FAST
Timmy Tomcat you are a ginger BLAST!
Our FIRST RIGHT GUESSER was soon to come
These two guys are smart they sure aren’t bums!
Phenny and Nellie are quite a Weim Team
I know they don’t date, but a cheerleader can dream!
We hope you’ll study between now and then
So you can hopefully get the chance for a badge again!

When do you girls hold tryouts? I wanna be a cheerleader!!

Lots of girls want to join the Cheerleading team at Ding Dong Sheep School………………….we’ll let you know when we have tryouts!

Who’s Ready for Lunch?????

Alright!  Follow us………….

Well students……I’m here to tell you the Pink Taco wasn’t what I thought it would be, nor was Harry.    He wore his “bottle belt” but had the bottles full of vodka which he enjoyed throughout our dinner.   The least he could have done is have Tequila or some  other Mexican restaurant kind of drink but NOOOOOOOOO – vodka.   Anyway, he was blasted before our appetizers arrived.   The waiter had to tie him to his chair so he wouldn’t fall on the floor!    It was awful.   One good thing has come from all of these dates though:

I want to stay single AND dedicate myself to providing great food to all of you!

Gosh Miss Dingleberry – we’re sorry things didn’t work out but we tried.   The students and faculty just want you to be happy so if cooking makes you happy then we say YAY!!!!

WE LOVE YOU MISS DINGLEBERRY!!!!!

  1. Congratulations to the winners!

I will display my greenie with pride. 🙂

I think you should let that little cutie audition for the cheer team – she’s so cute!

I’m sorry Miss D’s date didn’t go well, but I’m willing to eat extra rations if cooking gives her joy. 😀

Maybe love will find her when she least expects it!

    • We might have to have an audition for some new cheerleaders – after all, a newbie will keep things FRESH right? The girls’ hot tub is plenty big to add a few cheerleaders for sure! Miss D is getting signs from the universe that she should stick to FOOD and forget about GUYS. If it’s meant to be it will happen – we agree with you on that.

      Hugs, Teddy

  2. Congrats to Timmy, and to the Weim Team!
I am sorry Miss D’s date didn’t work out again, but at least we all know we won’t go short of good food.
I’ll have the ribs followed by blueberry cobbler please, but I have to put Devon clotted cream on the cobbler.

    • If we’d had some Devon clotted cream we definitely would have put it on the cobbler – YUMMMMMMM! Thanks again for the wonderful photo – we might not have fooled many but everyone had fun with it and the whole story behind it is great to read.

      Hugs, Pam (and Teddy too!)

  3. Yay I was furst commenter. Thanks professors. I will wear my badge with pride. Thanks so much Miss Jackie we had nooooo idea where that was but now that we do, cool. Congrats Phenny and Nellie on being the right guesser. We thought it was somewhere in the lands of faeries and heros but just could not pin it down. Next week we will get it. Thanks cheer team for that cool shout out. The rest of the family is jealous but they have to get up dont they,
Miss D we are so sorry your dream date did not work out. Those bottles gave us pause but we figured you could handle anything. Thanks for deciding to be our Favorite Cook here at Ding Dong School
See you next week staff, classmates and Professors!

  4. I have started my day and mom too, with the biggest wrap-around smile possible being here this morning. And that darling who wants to try out for cheerleading will surely make it into cheerleading classes! I look forward to seeing her again. And breakfast, Miss D., you are too good to us. But please continue. We loves you.

  5. Well at least I knew the country 🙂 Congrats to the speedy and smart guessers. I hope this little cutie makes the cheer team. And Miss Dingleberry, there is a great guy out there just for you, perhaps a chef. XO

  6. We didn’t realize the serpent/dragon was made of mosaics. The close-up photos are amazing. Do you think we should try to get the mosaics guy to put a serpent on our walls? If Miss D. would rather spend her time cooking for us…we won’t complain! Yeah for cobbler. e are sorry, however, that her date was a drunken dud. We think that cute dogie who visited today would make a great cheerleader as well. • HA! When we saw this we didn’t yet know about your mosaics project but wouldn’t that be totally cool to have a dragon on your garage??? Or around the door??? HAHAHAHA I think this is a really fabulous project and the fact kids were involved makes it even BETTER!!!! We’re glad Miss D is ours and we don’t have to share her with a pink haired weirdo, or an Elvis impersonator wannabe, or a handsome dud who asked other chicks out on his date with Miss D! We think she was made for cookin’ and we mean FOOD!
