Friendly Fill-Ins

Standard

YAY!   It’s Friday and time to joint he Friendly Fill-Ins Blog Hop co-hosted by our friends at 15andmeowing AND Four-Legged Furballs!    Wanna join in?  Please do – just click the badge above and when you get there, fill in the form and you’re IN!   Each week we get FOUR sentences to fill in the blanks.   Two from each of our co-hosts.

Here are this week’s sentences and Mom and I each had something to do with the fill-ins………when I filled in I did it in BLUE and when Mom did, she filled in with RED!

1. Being retired is absolutely wonderful!.
2.If hugs were worth money, then I would be rich.   (My Mom is always hugging on me!   I don’t really like when she does, but if I got $$ for letting her then I might like it more!)
3. I am proud of having published a few books.

4. If I could time travel, I would visit the year 2015 so I could spend a little time getting to know Angel Sammy – I think we would have made a great team!
There you have it!   Another Friday Fill-Ins challenge completed!     It’s so much fun to zoom around the internet and visit the others who pawticipate in this fill-in exercise because the answers give us even more information about our friends…………..it’s always fun to learn more about people don’t you think?
Mom and I hope you all have a good weekend – and those of you who are dealing with bad weather – stay safe………………….

Hugs, Teddy and Mom too!!

    • Thank you Miss Chris – we are away from the worst of the storm thankfully but our hearts go out to all those who had to leave their homes behind to seek shelter….hope they have something to come back to.

  2. Nothing like a big hug. Mom gives them to me whether I am in the mood or not. But I love the closeness of them even though they are squeezy. She loves hugs when she gets them. XX.

    • Hugs are UNDERrated…..it’s like passing energy from one person or anipal to another…not just affection but energy and positivity and stuff like that (which my Mom talks about a lot!). I’m all for hugs…..my Mom loves hugs but there are so many peeps who don’t like touchy-touchy. Mom always hesitates before hugging (unless it’s me or Dad of course!!!!!).

  3. Thank you both for these wonderful fill-in answers. Your Mom should be proud. I have read all her books and they are fantastic. How sweet that your Mom hugs you all the time. And I wish you could have met Angel Sammy, he was a wonderful boy-and so are you. XO

  4. Hugs was a great fill-in, but with a total of 19 cats during her adult life, you can imagine the amount of poop that’s been scooped. Your fill-in Teddy about meeting your brofur Sammy was a little similar to our mom wanting to go back to see Madison and MacKenzie. Mom was also going to do the retired fill-in. She didn’t feel comfy about saying something she was proud of for herself. If she had books to her credit, she certainly would have. Have a good day. Love to all. • Mom often says she can’t believe she wrote a novel because she just can’t imagine DOING that now but things are different for her now than they were then. Anyway, we had extra fun reading everyone’s fill-ins today. Our co-hosts do a great job coming up with sentences that get us thinking don’t they?!?!

  5. I agree that being retired is wonderful. Busy, but wonderful. 🙂

Hugs are priceless and make us rich in ways that money could never even get close to.

    Congratulations on having books published!

I think you and Angel Sammy would have made a remarkable team, Teddy. 🙂

    Have a blessed weekend.

  6. I like all the answers, but #4 is my favourite. I think you and Sammy would have got on so well together. Hugs are good too. I wish I could hug my boys again.

    • My Mom says she give “mental hugs” (whatever that is) to Sammy all the time………I guess maybe in her dreams? Sammy and I would have been like Flynn and Eric…..two ginger guys “owning” our world!!!

  7. I too have a love/hate relationship with the hug thing, sometimes I just don’t want to be squeezed! But worse than the hug thing is when The Female Human does the kiss thing and leaves a lipstick mark on my pristine fur!

    • I am really not much of a hugger but I do show affection in my own way. I like to touch foreheads with my Mom – Mom says it’s like Spock’s “Vulcan Mind Meld”….hahaha. I will put my head on hers then put my paw on top of her head like a hug. I think we’re all unique in that way – we love our humans but show it differently. My Mom says “WHATEVER WORKS” !!!!!

  8. Very good answers. Mom says she is “retired” but she isn’t sure the definition fits:)

Time travel would be wonderful, especially if we could get to a time where all our Angels were still here, and we could then freeze time.

  9. Thank you for joining in on the Friendly Fill-Ins, Teddy and Mom Pam! Oh, if furry hugs were worth money, we’d be rich, too! And writing and publishing books is indeed something of which to be proud. It is one of my lifelong dreams and goals to write some stories. Have a beautiful day!
