SPARKS on Monday

Standard

Annie of McGuffy’s Reader has been on an extended break from blogging although her idea to spread some inspiration on Monday of every week goes on.   All of us who participated in her Blog Hop and found value in sharing a thought on Monday continue doing that to hopefully give each other a “Monday boost” – perhaps something to think about to inspire us in the week ahead OR help us deal with something that’s on our mind.

My Spark this morning is meant for all those who are going through something “difficult” in their lives………..Difficult means different things to different people but if you just remember that those times can be a learning experience or a step towards something better – well – perhaps it makes it easier to deal with?    Anyway, I saw this quote and immediately thought to myself “YES – THIS IS IT”………we just have to trust……..

Believe it!   Hugs, Pam

    • It’s just another opportunity to learn something maybe? I try to remind myself all the time that the bad stuff has a reason for happening – it’s tough to remember that though…… 🙂

  1. WOW!!!! What a Fabulous SPARK Pam!!! As you know I’ve struggled for a very long time with Siddhartha Henry’s health & behavioural issues. Soemtimes I have felt so dejected, alone; even helpless. This SPARK is just what I needed to read. Thank you so-o much.

    • I’m glad this particular Spark “spoke” to you Sherri-Ellen…….you and your boy have absolutely been through so much together if remembering this sentiment helps, then “my mission is done” !!

      • LOL 🙂 yes your mission is done!! I need these SPARKS more & more. The Vet we are seeing now validated all the work I’ve done with P SH. he even agreed that if P SH does not get better or I get too ill to care for him he will PTS with no reprimand to me. There is no way anyone else would take care of P SH with his myriad of health issues & the attending costs. Each day is like the last because it really could be his last…..not an easy way to live I can tell you Pam…..

        • I can’t even imagine for a minute what it would be like……but you have done an amazing job of caretaker of one very special cat…….and I think he has done you a lot of good too……..we all need something to care deeply for and about in our lives. It teaches us so much: patience, perseverance, love…..and in their way, a pet absolutely returns the favor with us! I loved that spark the minute I saw it. It’s message is loud and clear.

  3. Pam, this is perfection. My friend Tammy always reminds me that God won’t give me anything more than I can handle (God never met Sawyer.), but this is so much better. I wish I could still do cross stitch, as this would definitely be hanging on my wall. Thank you. Love and hugs, Janet
