Teaser Tell All

Standard

Welcome Class!  Time to find out who wins what for this week’s TEASER!

Oh how I’d love to win SOMETHING!

First thing to tell you is that we have TWO FIRST COMMENTERS from yesterday!     So we’re handing out two badges to the lucky students who were PROMPT in getting to class yesterday.   Who were the lucky kids???

Pix from UNDER THE OAKS and Annie from ANIMAL COURIERS

WOO HOOOO!!!!!!!  Here’s your badge ladies:

I was one of TWO First Commenters on The Teaser of May 29, 2018!

I tried to be FIRST but I got distracted by a butterfly outside the classroom door! Darn!

Then we waited for one of you to figure out where our mystery photo had been taken………………..it was a bit of a tough photo we thought – and we want to thank our GUEST TEASERS, the Kitties Blue from THE CAT ON MY HEAD for sending it in to us!    This is for you to thank you for being our GUEST this week:

For Kitties Blue for being our GUEST TEASERS on May 29, 2018! Thanks pals!

Here’s the fabulous photo they sent in:

It’s a DOOZY!   Where is it??????

It’s the STAN MUSIAL Memorial Bridge which is the bridge that spans across the Mississippi River between St. Clair County, Illinois and the city of St. Louis, Missouri!    It’s a super interesting type of bridge called “CABLE-STAYED”…………and if you’d like to learn more about them, here’s some really interesting information you might enjoy taking a peek at CLICK HERE

Who was the brilliant student who guessed FIRST what this bridge was and where it’s located????

SPEEDY our Cheeky Rex Rabbit friend…..!

YAY SPEEDY!!!!!

Here’s your FIRST RIGHT GUESSER badge dear Speedy!

I was the FIRST RIGHT GUESSER on the Teaser of May 29, 2018! WOO HOO!!!!

But you need to know that we have several MORE students who knew about this bridge…………..yep – we sure did – and each of you who guessed CORRECTLY get one of these of your very own:

I guessed RIGHT on the Teaser of May 29,2018 but I wasn’t FIRST to guess right….still…..I got a cool badge!

Did you guess but guessed incorrectly???????   Well, good for you taking a leap of faith – at least you guessed and even though you were WRONG, you get one of these:

I was WRONG with my guess on the Teaser of May 29,2018 but at least I tried! Maybe next time?!

Congratulations winners AND losers……!   There’s always next week right?

In the meantime, here’s our cheery little cheer team to congratulate the winners of this week’s Teaser:

Takes a while to get your Teaser mojo back
We were off for a week and that’s a fact
We had two of you though who were on the money
Fast as can be with your comments honey!
Miss Pix and Miss Annie both win a badge
But they get it from US and not grumpy old Madge
Then we waited to see who would be FIRST RIGHT GUESSER
And it was SPEEDY THE REX RABBIT who’s a very sharp dresser!
If you were a loser this week in school
Just study harder next time and YOU will rule!!

Yeah, we want a badge so you bet we’ll study hard!

We sure will!

That’s the spirit we like to see at Ding Dong School!!     How about we all reward ourselves with one of Miss Dingleberry’s fabulous lunches?    She’s giving her seafood bar a whirl today so step right up and get something yummy for your tummy!

Your Profs will be back next week with another FUN Teaser challenge!   See you then?

Professors Angel Sam and Teddy too…………

      • ok, ok… she was in her store, bought a truckload of trashures and a foldable rain barrel… at the checkout she thought she can load all trashures in that barrel thingy to carry it to the car … all other customers grinned gleeful as she couldn’t move the barrel… not only one inch… she had to reload all her stuff and she walked 3 times to the car and back…ther ego is smashed and my dad’s budget too ;O))

        • Oh I love that story…..I think my Mom probably would have tried the same thing EXCEPT I must admit that if she thought the other stuff she got was HEAVY she wouldn’t have tried. She would have loaded it all back in the cart and pushed it all to her elephant skate. I think you need to confess this one in the blog – tee hee.

          • they have only carts for the store you can’t take them outside… that is always a big problem because the mama never left that place with empty hands hahahahahah

          • Oh well we ALL know that if your Mama is going shopping she WILL get SOMETHING – it’s “nature’s way” !!! As long as there’s plastic or paper in the pocket, there will be some empty shelves at the TRASHURE shop! LOL

  1. That’s an impressive looking bridge. Even if I had been able to get thru the glitch I would have been wrong. I had another bridge’s name ready to pop in there. Good Morning Teddy and Mommy.

    • Good Morning pretty Katie! There are a number of those cable-stayed bridges around and no clues in that photo so it truly was a tough one. That WordPress glitch got my Mom upset but I calmed her down as only a kitty can do!!

      Love, Teddy ❤ 🙂

It is also the Veterans Memorial Bridge… it truly has an interesting history with regard to how it was named. Thanks to Kitties Blue for the fun picture from St. Lou! We just passed it about a month ago and hopefully will pass it again in a little over a week. Yay for the Cheer Team today!

  3. Squeals!! That is such a cool bridge. I’m going to show this to mom/dad for their next visit to Illinois. They so have to do this bridge…. of course without me. Snorts with piggy laughter. XOXO – Bacon

  4. The Teaser crew finally uses a photo of something in my backyard, and I only kinda recognize it. In my defense, the bridge is relatively brand new and I’ve only actually seen it at night. The Musial Bridge is on I-70, which was rerouted away from downtown and the bridge and its associated highway serve as a sort of bypass from the spot where four major interstates (44,55,64 and 70) all once converged on the Missouri side of the Poplar Street Bridge (Which looks nowhere near as cool since it’s just a glorified overpass)…
