Mom and I were out in the front yard for a walk two days ago and it was hot hot hot – I took a break and hopped into the front garden which Mom says “really isn’t fit for photos” since she hasn’t weeded and mulched it yet BUT I like it just the way it is. I like to get under the dwarf Japanese maple and hide. Sometimes I’m invisible – sometimes not. Later when things are blooming more, I will be the amazing invisible cat every time I go in there but just now – there are gaps in the “cover” !!

What gorgeous colours in your photograph, which does make you blend in ever so well. I bet once you have more plant cover you’ll get more mousies out there too, which will add to the adventure!

That looks like a lovely shady spot in your garden. The puzzle looks very difficult. I will come back and try it when I have 6 hours to spare! I gave up on your last one as well. I should go back and have another try at it.

This one is a toughie I agree – we didn’t put a border around the edge and we left it crazy wild with color instead of toning it down a little…………GOOD LUCK!!! HAPPY SUNDAY!

Well I think you, your garden and your house are very pretty. I was outside with Mom yesterday while she did some weeding, but I had to stay in my stroller. I bet your tree makes for good cover when you want to hide and pounce on mousies.

It’s a GREAT little spot under that tree – squirrels can’t see me either and even the birds sometimes. Nice of you to keep your Mom company while she weeds. My Mom will try to weed while I’m under the tree but I PREFER it when she’s not BOTHERING me while I’m in my hidey-hole!!!!

Isn’t it a wonderful spot? The dirt is cool, the weeds are delicious (even though Mom insists on pulling them out) and I’m in my own little private world (unless Mom starts with the flashy box anyway).

Hi Boomdee! Always wonderful to hear from you – our garden is “meager” at best since Mom cut back on the amount of garden that she gardens (huh?!). Still, it’s enough for a little color around here. YOU are the one with a gorgeous yard and as busy as you are it’s amazing you find time to keep all things so beautiful. My blue harness coat is a little heavy for warm weather so Mom is going to do a little shopping for me to find something lighter weight….A guy needs to look GOOD when he’s out and about right? Mom and I send you hugs…..big ones!
