Tuesday Teaser

Standard

Good Morning Class!   Time to COMMENT is NOW!

That’s right – when you get here on Tuesday morning right after we go LIVE, you could be FIRST to comment and you would be winning this little beauty:

Today we have a goodie for you in the Teaser department.    I like these kinds of photos because you see SO MUCH but you may not see the “right” things to lead you to the path of CORRECT GUESSING.   There’s so much in the photo it’s hard to pick up any clues.    But before we do THAT, let’s talk about rumors!    Yesterday our Cheer Team did a whole cheer based on the possibility that our very own Sarge and our very own Marge might be planning a nuptial occasion.    Who knows where they come up with this stuff, but we asked both Sarge and Marge if they would like to comment on that and OH BOY DID THEY EVER WANT TO!!!!

NOW HEAR THIS!   I categorically deny that Sarge and I have the slightest romantic feelings or intentions towards or with or around each other and under no circumstances would we even eat lunch with each other much less share a romantic entanglement of any shape, color or size!    We are colleagues at Ding Dong School, each dedicating our talents to keeping the children of Ding Dong School safe, secure AND well educated and have ZERO time for foolishness!    I must insist that the Cheer Squad issue a retraction of their previously stated “news” and cease and desist from spreading romantic allegations of this sort in the future.   OR ELSE DEMERITS WILL BE ISSUED!!!

Yep – it’s all FALSE…….I wouldn’t touch Marge with a ten foot……uh…..um……submarine sandwich from Miss Dingleberry’s kitchen!

Alright you two – thank you for clearing that little matter up.   Let’s return to talking Teaser shall we??

Yeah….who wants to hear about mushy stuff like romance?!?! Yuck!

What’s a romantic entanglement…..I dunno whatchou talkin’ about!

Good – you all are too young in this classroom to be talking about that stuff anyway.   Besides this is GEOGRAPHY and not SEX EDUCATION!

I want to remind everyone what the rules are for guessing where today’s TEASER photo was taken…………..these are strict rules now so best pay attention before you start guessing:

Now, before we get our Security Guard to bring out today’s Teaser photo – how about we get our Cheer Team to give you a rip-roaring cheer to get you ready to guess!

We might have been mistaken
With the rumour we were creatin;
So I guess we’ll apologize
For embarrassing you guys!
Sorry Marge and Sargey
There will be no wedding party
Now let’s get back to class
We want you all to pass
Good luck with your Teaser test
With brains I hope you are blessed
Just try your hardest to win
Or Dingleberry’s head will spin!
(you didn’t expect us to do a serious cheer did you????)

Thanks team……………you certainly managed to take our minds off Marge and Sarge………………the thought of Miss Dingleberry’s head spinning is quite a VISUAL.

Spin a record…yes…spin a head…..no!

Mr. Security Guard, could you come on in with the photo for today?   Class is disintegrating before our eyes so we need to get the photo up ASAP………..thanks!

WHERE was this photo taken class?    City/Town/Village and Country if not in USA or what State if you think it’s in the USA.    READY SET GO!

If you are FIRST to guess correctly, tomorrow when we hand out awards, you will win this:

If you’re RIGHT with your guess but you’re not the FIRST to be right, you get this:

And those of you who guess but are WRONG with your guess – you still get to take home a little token of your failed but valiant effort to get the Teaser correct:

So get to guessing………………and when you’re ready, I do believe Miss Dingleberry will be rewarding us today with LUNCH outside in the playground………….!    Remember, tomorrow is the day we find out who studied and who didn’t study…………and find out WHO wins WHAT in the Teaser badge department!

ALRIGHT!    Enjoy your lunch – and good  luck with the Teaser – Your PROFESSORS have LEFT the building……………………………………

Professors Angel Sammy and Teddy too!!

There’s not enough green space in that picture for me. I’d head to the mountains in the distance.

          • I didn’t pay much attention to the rumour of a romance between Marge and Sarge, but they were so keen to deny it that I’m beginning to wonder if there’s some truth in it. 😉

  1. Wow we are here fur the Teaser and are Firsties! We overslept a bit due to our studies but are bright eyed and Tabby Tailed. Yes me and Miss Fitz did miss the celebration of stripes yesterday but are ready to fill in the Blanks Today!
This place is Athens Greece. Home of many wonderfur things such as the Parthenon where Athena held sway, great teachers like Aristotle (we think) and big pld Mount Lycabettus which you can see in the background.
Did we get it? Did we? Huh Professors?
    Thanks fur the fun

    • We have a motto around here with this cast of characters at the school and that is “NEVER SAY NEVER” so who knows……Marge and Sarge may have a hot tub wedding one of these days. The love bug bites some very unlikely couples on occasion! 🙂

  2. Well, there are only about 69,000 buildings in that photo. So for once, I think I absolutely have to be correct that there really IS a prison in that photo. I mean, what are the odds there isn’t? The chances of that would be on a par with not getting the possum trots from eating that chileh Miss Dingleberry is serving…

  3. Good morning!!! Hmmmm Ms Dingleberry and Sarge make a beautiful couple…even if they deny it.
I better get a hot dog before ms Dingleberry hears me.
I think it is somewhere hot, not in North America an has terrible pollution!
It was great seeing you a My Very first Tabby Cat Club Teddy!

  4. The rumor about Sarge and Marge was planted to throw everyone off the real story. Miss Dingleberry is having an affair with the person that she sees in the mirror. That’s believable because nobody else would want her.

  5. Oh, well…maybe next week. I am doing yard work. I couldn’t get much done with a frigid, icy April. Now, I am playing catch up, so we can plant this weekend! No rest for the weary. It’s okay. It will be nice when I am done!

No idea where the Teaser is from! It somehow looks middle eastern. I am not a good guesser this week!

    • Nice to see you Miss Annie! My Mom and Dad went to the garden center here and got some plants for our yard…….they ran out of steam after planting some bushes so Mom will finish planting the deck boxes tomorrow. It’s 80 here! WOWZERS! Tune in tomorrow if you want to now where the photo is from for the Teaser – it’s a goodie!

  6. We stopped by earlier before Mom went to the doctor, but we didn’t have time to comment. Mom says that her immediate gut reaction is Athens, Greece. She remembers the smog and buildings all crammed together like that. Wonder if she’s right? Anyhoo, those onion rings and bacon wrapped fries look and smell delish. Thanks, Miss D. Mom says that she thinks inter-species romance is kinda frowned upon. We don’t know what any of that means. • Your Mom is right about the inter-species romance thing……Madge is definitely an alien from outer space and Sarge is….well….SCARY. Anyway, tune in tomorrow to find out if your Mom is right about her Teaser guess! We’ll be Telling ALL!

  7. Oh, MY! I do not think I would want to be a citizen of such a crowded spot…and it looks all so boxy. It reminds me of chicken coops. MOL!
My sister and my best friend have been there…and no they also did not express any desire to live there! But they did enjoy visiting, cause its quite a historical place…and furmouse too:)

I am going to say its: Athens Greece.
I have to go now, cause all that smog is giving me coughing fits…MOL!

    • I agree about ANYWHERE there is a ton of fog….no thanks…..and overcrowded cities freak out my Mom and Dad although they’ve done their share of traveling. I can’t say if your guess is right or wrong but I do know the TELL ALL will be telling all…..HAHAHA

  8. Well, how do I know? I never go anywhere cept the Lane. I am going to say Istanbul, Turkey. If you look really close you can see a bull chasing a turkey down a side street. It helps if you stare at it until your eyes are watering…mol

  9. The city does does look like Athens but I am not convinced it is Mount Lycabettus. I vaguely remember it being a high mountain with a church or monastery on it. Maybe the photo was taken FROM Mount Lycabettus. The shape is more like Mount Aigaleo but I can’t remember if you can see Athens in front of it.
I will say Mount Aigaleo just to be different but I am not at all convinced.

  10. Teddy, we don’t know where the Teaser is…definitely someplace in Europe though. Doesn’t look like the US of A.

  11. My human says it’s looks like the Burbank-Glendale area. I think she is joking, though. How funny that so many people don’t like how crowded this city looks, but to us, it looks like home. The wide open spaces make my human miss Los Angeles and New York.

    • It really does look like a very crowded city with all that smog too….my Mom has never spent time in California – only on a fast stop on the way to one of her Dad’s military assignments in the Far East – much of it is beautiful with wide open spaces but we know a lot of it is crowded and bustling. Home is where our heart is no matter what though right Summer?
