Teaser Tuesday

DING DING……..time for classes!!   (don’t forget to COMMENT!)

A little snowflake isn’t gonna stop class from happening….report to your classroom!!

YES MAM………..

Hello Students!

It’s Tuesday and time for us to start class.   Today is your weekly test……….we’ll see how familiar you are with places ALL AROUND THE GLOBE…….we’ll see how good you are at solving a mystery………we’ll see if you are able to look at a photo, find clues and make a guess without any help from some computer program figuring it all out for you!

In fact, before we get started with the guessing stuff, let’s go over the rules AGAIN………………(and don’t forget to comment – you might be FIRST)

We like to think that our students have as much fun as WE do finding Teaser photos for you to figure out!    So shall we begin class?

I’m listening to EVERY word!

Today’s Teaser is NOT a GUEST TEASER………….and while we have two photos of this place, we are only using one of them for the Teaser – tomorrow we’ll show you another photo when we do the TELL ALL.    The TELL ALL is where all of you get a badge if you deserve one……..so what?  Well, some people do like to win a badge for their effort – and some even like showing them off on their own blogs or whatever.   Some of our students have badges plastered on every wall (including closets and the litterbox room) because they’ve won so many.    Here’s what YOU can win!

I’m ready……I think…..

Maybe we should start off with our fabulous cheer team………………they are so good at motivating and inspirating all of you to try your best and WIN WIN WIN!!!

Here we are to cheer for YOU
Whether you’re smart or have no clue!
Teasers can be very tricky
And Mrs. D’s snacks can leave your hands sticky
But overall we hope you have fun
From first bell to last just walk – don’t run
So get yourself ready cuz the photo has arrived!
We are telling the truth baby – this is no jive!
RICKY TICKY TOOO
GOOD LUCK TO YOU!

Thanks Team……………I just know that rowsing cheer inspired all our students to chug onward in their quest for excellence (or maybe they just want class to be over so they can eat).

Yeah…bring on the food!

Mr. Security Guard – would you do the honors please???????    Now students remember the rules when you make your guesses!   And remember to put on your thinking caps!

Here is today’s Teaser Professor Sam and Ted

Where was this photo taken??????????????

Alright – go for it students………….tomorrow we will have our TELL ALL post where everyone who is a winner or something finds that out and can copy their badge to take home and add to their collection OR start their collection!

I predict a boatload of greenies will be awarded…..

Shall we move on to the MAIN EVENT (for some of you) – Miss D’s Lunch Delights????

BRING ON THE FOOD MISS DINGLEBERRY!

Alright already – I’m here! Today is sandwich day so don’t be grabby – tell me what you want and I’ll put it on a plate for you………..maybe.

Chicken salad, tuna salad, shrimp salad!

Roast beef, ham, turkey!

Jalapeno bacon grilled cheese

Turkey Sub

Hot chocolate bar

Good Luck Students!!  (with the Teaser….you don’t need luck with lunch!)

Your Professors, Angel Sam and Teddy too

      • We were exactly 1 minute after our Alarm went off at 5:45 in the AM. And on the tablet! I see it autocorrected idea to clear!!! I really gotta do something about the tablet’s brain…how can it confuse IDEA and clear?
Having a closer look at the picture…I think that is where Ms Dingleberry and Sarge live.

  2. That is indeed a beautiful prison. Well, it was a prison. About 500 years before that photo was taken. Back before man became extinct and nature took over. That isn’t a canal washing up to the door of Ft. Leavenworth in Kansas…. that’s the Atlantic Ocean after all the ice melted 300 years in the past. If you want to see the Pacific, it’s out back behind the rockyard. That may look like an awfully fresh coat of green paint on that balcony… but it’s really just a very thick coating of moss. Yes, there’s nobody around to enjoy the amenities of this penitentiary anymore….. other than the cockroaches. I guess that makes this relic from man’s past the world’s largest roach motel!

  7. It looks southern US of A… hmmm. I am thinking San Antonia, Texas. CH had some kind of Army thing to go to waaaaaaaay back and I tagged along with three, yes THREE cats. They stayed in our hotel room and were very good.

  8. We thought school was canceled because of the snow like it is around here. I had no clue where this was, I would have said Venice, but it looks like a lot of people know where it is. Nice cheer! XO

  9. Sorry I was late, again. I really need to set some sort of reminder that it’s Tuesday. My first thought was Amsterdam, then Venice, Italy, then Venice, California. Then I was thinking, Venice, California doesn’t have canals, or maybe they do. I’ll take a greenie and a turkey sandwich, please.

  11. Hmmmm…looks a lot warmer there than here where we keep seeing snow and bitter winds playing with our leaves that still hang around since last fall…Dalton thinks they need to be chased, MOL! He is so silly. And then after we get an inch of snow the sun melts it, but an hour later there is more snow again. Sheesh. Can you see why we need some warmth??
We need to be planting ourselves there…ahhh…feels so good!
There are the fringes of a palm tree in that picture, so it must be somewhere in a tropical/semitropical region…the question is where!!
We’ll munch on some of your yummy offerings while we think upon this puzzlement.
So many peeps and furs have said San Antonio Texas…we’ll will be brave and just go along with them…is that cheating??
Our Unfurbro-the-younger has been there, but he didn’t reveal anything much about his visit..and pawppy has been there too…he too is silent about that trip, besides it was way long before he even knew petcretary! OMC!!!
We think maybe Texas has to be on our bucket list…as well as so much else:)

And well, thanks for that lunch. Yup, that is how late petcretary was today, she didn’t get to her nest until about 4 am…what is with her anyways??!

    Like

    • YIKES – 4AM is a not good time to be hitting the nest! You need to have a little talk with your petcretary!!! As for your guess – tune in the Tell All tomorrow to find out how you did!

  12. VERY late but finally here. Where is everyone? LOL Between the DST hangover and our hospital duty, we’re sorry to be late and clueless in the same breath. No clue where this place is but think it’s near some water though. 😆

  13. Here! Am I first?
I don’t know where it is. It does remind me of a photo I have seen before but not somewhere I have been. It might have been one of you Teasers. I think it was of a bridge around the side of a university. I can’t even remember if it was in the US or UK! It just struck me at the time how pretty it was.

    • This is a really fun place from all the photos we saw while researching for the Teaser – a nice combination of nature’s beauty, great restaurants, and shopping all taking place by a river in the shade……nice!!!! My Mom visited Texas on a road trip years ago but she was just a kid and doesn’t really remember that much.

  14. Mrs. D!! All these sandwiches…tuna salad, shrimp salad just for moi. I shall dig in with your permission of course dear lady. *chew* *chew*…I think this is near Loyola University in New Orleans. A very ritzy area of New Orleans, Louisiana. The canel empties into the lake in the park just down the road. There are thousands of ducks there.

    Shoks
