Pre-Tease Monday

Happy Monday Class!

You know what today is right???

We must get you all prepared for tomorrow’s guessing and researching but when it comes to the Teaser, that’s kind of tough since you don’t know WHERE to research since it’s a surprise right?   Well, that’s why I always tell you to study EVERYTHING………..Yep – EVERYTHING.   Tough huh?   Add to that the fact that the Teaser tomorrow is a GUEST TEASER – that makes it doubly tough.    I will have more than one photo for you to examine though.  Maybe two.

HOW IT WORKS (for those of you who are new at this Teaser thing)

The photos will be posted here on our blog in our Geography classroom tomorrow at a time that WE choose – and it’s not the usual blog post time of 3AM EST – oh no – we mix it up every week and the post goes live at a different time – that’s because there’s a prize for the FIRST COMMENTER on the post!!!  Makes it more interesting if you don’t know when it will go live.

THEN the next challenge is that after you’ve seen the photos and you’re ready to make a guess, you must give the TOWN/CITY/VILLAGE as well as the STATE (if you think it’s in the USA) or COUNTRY (if you don’t think it’s in the USA) where the photo was taken.    You can’t just give one – you must give both town/state or country.   OK?

THEN, after you’ve guessed it’s always fun to see what everyone ELSE guesses…………but make sure you don’t give anything away – if you think someone else has it right – don’t say “So and So has it right” – it makes it more of a challenge for everyone else……….We are WICKED here on Teaser Tuesdays!!!!!   We want it to be tough and we want it to be fun and most of all we hope we give you some spots in the world that you might want to visit one day to see in person.

Gosh Suzie…..you got all dressed up and everything – I know you got everyone’s blood pumping and brains working so tomorrow will be a great Teaser Tuesday.

My Assistant Professor Teddy and I will be here in the morning at the SECRET TIME to greet everyone as you stagger into the classroom.     Remember Bobby’s Mom is providing lunch for everyone tomorrow!

I coulda made sandwiches if you’da just asked me to!

Uhhhh…..well…..yes, I’m sure you would have and no doubt they would have been interesting sandwiches indeed (probably with a wicked spell on them!) but one of these days we’ll let you provide the eatables OK Aunt Grizelda?   Your niece Suzie will let you know!   (eeeeeeeek!)
