Friendly Fill-Ins!

Let’s All Fill-In !!!

Oh I do love Friendly Fill-Ins on Fridays…………..a fun hop co-hosted by our friends Annie of McGuffy’s Reader and Ellen of 15andMeowing!    Every Friday they give us four sentences to finish off any way we want to – and it’s fun to see how people do that!     I usually let my Mom fill in for me every other week – this week we are BOTH going to answer……my answers are in RED and Mom’s are in GREEN.

Ready?     Here are this week’s sentences:

1. The first thing I check when I go online is email same here Mom – my email from fans!.

2. My signature dish is biscotti my favorite dish is one that’s full of TREATS!.

3. My Halloween night is usually BUSY with trick or treaters scary with the doorbell ringing constantly!.

 4. Trick or treaters love coming to our house to see our “cat pumpkin” we do every year for Sammy are fun to peek at from a safe hiding place!.

There you have it – Mom and me have kind of boring sentence fill-ins this week but we can’t be EXCITING every week right?    I hope you pawticipate – if you want to, just visit one of the co-host sites (links above) and add your blog link to the LINKY TOOL and have some fun with us!     If you don’t pawticipate you should at least visit some of the others who are – the answers are always fun to read.

Happy Friday Everybody!

It’s almost here!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hugs, Sammy

  2. Thank you for participating in the fill-ins, I love both sets of answers. I can’t wait to try your Mom’s biscotti recipe. And I can’t wait to see what you carve on your pumpkin this year. Have a great weekend! XO

    • Don’t tell Sam but we might skip carving our annual Sam pumpkin – David wants a break from carving – the last few years the pumpkins around here have been TOUGH and THICK skinned and he says he needs a small chain saw to do the carving (hahaha). I might get him to change his mind but if not, we have two electric pumpkins we’ll have on the porch.

      Love, Pam (and Sam)

  3. Oh boy, that doorbell stuff is not one of our favorite noises. Thank goodness there are very few of those kids here

  4. I like your answers! Sammy, that’s brilliant about the bowl full of treats! The lady is very curious about your mom’s biscotti. She made it once and really like it. Sammy, your Halloween pic is great!

  5. A bowl full of treats would be great. I don’t like a constantly ringing doorbell either. Thankfully, we can’t usually hear it in this part of the house. Nobody ever comes here for Halloween anyway. I hope that you and your family have a great weekend and a fun Halloween.

  6. Great fill-ins from both. Mom says she just HAS to try your Mom’s biscotti recipe as she has heard so much about it. Maybe next week:)

    Woos – Lightning and Misty

    • Let my Mom know if you like the recipe! We’ve heard from several people who have tried it since we posted it and said they LOVE it……it’s also yummers using chocolate chips instead of dry fruit or nuts!!!!

      Hugs, sammy

  7. Sammy’s favorite dish is definitely a winner, but I love biscotti too! Sometimes people forget that what is fun for them is pretty scary for our furkids, it’s good to provide them a safe, comfy place to watch from another room or hide if they prefer. I wish we had trick-or-treaters out where we live, it makes the night fun. :-).

  8. Love it when you both do the Fill-ins! We don’t have any trick or treaters out in the country but we still leave for the night because I would be a bit skeered if someBODY showed up. All the kids we knew when we first moved here are now in college or moved on. I had no idea that your Mom loved biscotti that much. Her love for biscotti may be greater than her love for a bacon CHEESEBURGER… CH and I split one last night!

    • My Mom will NEVER love biscotti as much as she loves a bacon cheeseburger! She tried to talk Dad into those for dinner tonight – he wants BORING CHICKEN SALAD…… about being disappointed!

      Love, Sammy

  9. It is so warm here, we’re really hoping that our humans will sit on the porch to greet the Trick or Treaters so they don’t ring the doorbell. XOCK, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo
