Teaser Tell All

Hello Class!

Well, you could have knocked me over with a feather…………well, maybe not a feather but you could have knocked me over with a brick!   I really didn’t think there was a chance anyone would figure this Teaser out but I always, ALWAYS, hope that someone – at least ONE person – does.

Yesterday’s Teaser was the second “GOTCHA” in a row for me and my blog because NOBODY got it – again……..remember last week’s Teaser?    The panoramic view of the city of Roanoke, Virginia that The Cat On My Head sent in?    WELL, this one was not a Guest Teaser – it was a photo that my Dad took.

Where is this building located??????

This is the City Hall building in downtown Alexandria, Virginia.    Yep – we had TWO Teaser photos in a row featuring Virginia………………..and they BOTH stumped everyone!    We thought there would be a lot of guesses that it was in England – that architecture I suppose…….but NOPE.

SO, since I can’t hand out a “FIRST RIGHT GUESSER” or even a “RIGHT GUESSER” this week, I can hand out a pile of Greenies!   Help yourselves!

The other thing I can hand out is a badge to Calvin and Oliver who were my FIRST COMMENTERS yesterday morning – they were the only ones to comment in the first minute though so it’s not a tie – this badge is ALL theirs!

Now I really must say that it’s been fun fooling everyone the past couple of Teasers but next week I PROMISE that it won’t be quite this tough…………it will be tough, because if it was EASY, you wouldn’t enjoy trying to figure it out right?   So, I’ll make it “challenging” but not impossible………….DEAL?

On a serious note, I hope that everyone who appears at this point to be in the path of Hurricane Matthew as it whips up through Florida and along the Eastern Seaboard takes the storm very seriously and hunkers down and stays safe.    It’s a big, bad storm.   I’m sending huge hugs to all of you in Florida where it will begin its’ journey into the United States.    As for Virginia, we believe the brunt of the storm when it gets here will be along the coast – inland where we are, we’ll just get a lot of rain and no desperately high winds……..plus we’re hoping Matthew is exhausted by the time he gets up this way and is ready to head out to sea and stop bothering everyone.    STAY SAFE……….BE SMART……….DON’T TAKE CHANCES………OK?
