I decided to be sweet and let my Mom fill in this week – we’re kind of taking turns and I think it’s HER turn! Here are our challenge sentences of the week! Mom’s responses are in GREEEEEEEN!
1. One quirk I have is ALWAYS having candles at the dinner table for meals!.
2. My favorite comic strip is probably one most people aren’t familiar with – “Mike Du Jour” written by Mike Lester – it cracks me up!.

Now – onward to the Friday HouseCleaning Extravaganza! It was a big thrill to see the Broomhildas bustling around all three floors of my hacienda cleaning here, there, and everywhere. They are a truly impressive cleaning machine and we’re getting afraid that they will be so popular soon that we’ll have to go back to cleaning this place OURSELVES (gasp!).
Or maybe these two would be interested in the job?
The Broomhildas said that they’ve been getting tons of calls on their 1-800 number ever since we posted their business card here on my blog……………if you missed it, here it is!
The Broomhildas have their OWN business now! They rate “FOUR PAWS” too so you know they’re good!
They got all those nasty spots too where spiders hide and where I’ve stashed my toys and private stuff and even my toy box/wagon gets reorganized before they leave for the day!
Thank you Broomhildas for giving us a nice clean house every Friday……otherwise – well – who knows WHAT this place would look like! Do you help your Mom with the housecleaning???????? Do you keep your toys nice and neat??????

We had some rain LAST NIGHT and this morning but then Mr. Sun came out and heated everything back up again and it’s STEAMY……..YUCK! Stay cool!

Mom says Niagara Falls is a great place and your Mom should go sometime.

Oh dear Sammy we will need to hire Broomhilda in a week or so even though mom brings out the sucky monster every time the workers leave there is lots of dust.
In the early 1980’s my human uncle used to live in Syracuse, NY. Mom told me they went to visit him in the summer. They all went into Canada and to Niagara Falls. It was truly breathtaking we hope your peeps can go sometime

I have never been to Niagara Falls either, at one point hubby and I discussed a bus trip there, but that is a long time on a bus. That is a comic I never heard of, I will check it out. Mom and Dad want to take a train to NYC for a couple of days then on to the Falls in a train……….now THAT would be a whole lot better than a bus!!!!!! We loved fill-ins from everyone this week – FUN FUN FUN!

My Mom says it’s definitely ok to be happy all the time but once in a while it’s also ok to be “not so much” happy………RARELY though……..she’s disgustingly chipper most of the time!

That photo of the kitty and the TP sure DOES look like a mini-me but it isn’t! Glad you liked my Mom’s fill-ins….she wants to take a train up to see Niagara Falls one of these years. 50% of our cats are holy terrors on the TP just like that – the two calicos love to go to town on it, while the other two seem to have no interest whatsoever. 🙂

Hi Miss Stacy……….Mom is amazed that I have never been interested in shredding the TP roll but I never did even as a wee boy. I used to sit with her when she was in the bathroom to keep her company (haha) but I don’t even do THAT anymore. I wait patiently in the hallway. I’ve mellowed in my old age I guess!

Mom went to Niagra Falls when she was a youngster and rode on the Maid of the Mist with her brother. I don’t want to go anywhere near the falls. I might get wet and melt. MOL

Mom says that she hopes Mom Pam its to go to Niagara falls just as she hopes to go to Savanah. She went to the Falls in the early 90s, and says it was absolutely breathtaking. Mike du Jour isn’t an “old comic” so not sure many people know about it or notice it………it’s pretty funny though and not always about cats but just FUNNY! Mom really would love to go to the Falls and I bet she does……one day.

Unrolling the toilet paper is a tradition among kittens all over the world. Part of the wonderful world of trying to figure this place (and our humans!) out when we’re youngsters. Glad you enjoyed experimenting and VERY glad your Ladymum understood that!!!!
