It’s that time again!
It’s cleaning day at my house and guess what…………the Broomhildas aren’t coming – we’re on our own – no substitute cleaners so we’re back to the “FAMILY CLEANING DAY” mode! No worries – we can handle it…..if the crew of bulldogs can do it – WE can do it.
However, I did put out a minor distress call to the neighborhood felines who were MORE than happy to give us a hand…………..why not take advantage of their willingness to chip in right? (click on the pictures to see captions and “bigify”!):
See? Didn’t take long at all. Sometimes I wonder why Mom ever employed the Broomhildas………………we cats are always ready to help out right?

My human’s office REALLY needs work, but we are off to a cat show – and awards banquet! – this weekend, so it’s going to have to wait. My human seems really destroyed about this, LOL!

1. I used to love to eat steak, but now it repulses me.
2. I would never eat salmon, but now I love it.
3. I always cry over animals being mistreated and/or without homes.
4. Pam and Sam always makes me laugh…… especially when I need a laugh!!!
Oh man got some bad hair days ahead… humidity has moved in and it is messing with my already misbehaving hair. I will be looking forward to your Mom’s Fill-ins next Friday… Not that your Fill-ins weren’t superb Sam.

Grizelda loves “meats” of all kinds. Cheese actually makes Chloe Jo sick. Usually, I am the one crying as soon as someone uses the litter box. I am kind of fanatical about it being clean. Ha!

I’m a big fan of salami but won’t turn down liverwurst or bologna either….or ANYTHING in the deli meat department. I don’t like cheese either – won’t eat it AT ALL. Mom always answers my Litterbox Call Signal (my scream from the basement stairs) when I’ve used my box. I want it cleaned out ASAP or sooner!!!

Mom’s schedule here is all messed up because the grands are out of school and are here most of the week. So tomorrow may be cleaning day here instead. That’s OK with us if she can find us some bacon when she is cleaning the fridge:)

Your friends did a great job on the cleaning, Sammy! I like your fill in answers. My mum looks like a scarecrow in the mornings. I always watch for when my mum cleans my litter box then jump right in and use it so she has to clean it again.

Flynn I do the same thing with my litterbox – the minute she gets it all spic and span I pop right back in. It’s a fun game isn’t it? (somehow Mom doesn’t think so though!)

That dishwashing cat looks hard at work! LOL! Interesting you went off cheese. It is probably a bit “binding” for a mature cat’s digestion. I used to LOVE the aussie version of Kaszanka until I found out it was made from congealed blood. 😀

My Mommy has been a cleaning demon this week. She gotted her Persian silk rug from Midway and wes now gots it in our living room, Mommy says mes has to be good and not claw it – this time (it was put away because me did that a few years ago).

Our cat Cashew loves his deli meat treats. But I try not to give them too often because I think the kind we buy is probably loaded in salt. Still learning what is best for him! He is quite picky – I do believe he also has turned his nose up at cheese.

I don’t often get the deli meat for the same reason (salt/spices) but it makes a fabulous treat!! I ate a bit of cheese now and then when I was younger……and yogurt too – LOVED yogurt. Our tummies get a bit more sensitive as we get older. Too bad about that cuz all the things we love don’t necessarily love us any longer! HAHA
