I think it is in Spain, possibly the cathedral in Almeria but I will have to check our photos to make sure mum is thinking of the right place.

We are sticking with our original guess. It is the cathedral in Almeria in the Andalucian region of Spain. Almeria is the port city for tours to Granada and the Alhambra Palace.
