  1. Yes to a quiet Sunday. Pretty quiet at our place last night, thank the heavens! I am always happy when the 4th is behind us… not fond of fireworks. Take it easy today, Sammy, and enjoy the quiet.

  5. We are definitely with you and staying calm and quiet today. Great show we saw last night from the convenience of our front room. Have a great day cousin. XOXO – Bacon

      • WOW! We got lots of rain that morning – even during the Peachtree Road Race it rained and stormed. But then it dried up nicely and got really HOT for the fireworks. Heck, we had front row seats in the living room of the Hotel Thompson. We could see them from the front window. It was awesome. XOXO – Bacon

          • Snorts – Well shuffles hooves… Us anipals were all on the couch protected by mom and dad. What were we to be afraid of with that, right cousin? The lights were pretty but the boom sounds made us jump at times. XOXO – Bacon

    • Yes it’s just a bit overwhelming BUT my hearing isn’t what it used to be so things are considerably TONED DOWN this year for me compared to previous 4th of July celebrations!

      Love and Hugs, Sam

  6. Glad you are having a nice quiet Sunday the same as us, it was way too noisy at our house. Especially for the dogs! Purrs, Rhette

  7. MOWZERS! Did the Blue Angels stick around long enough to give you guys a from-the-skies view of the fireworks??? COOOOOL!

  8. Sammy, Mau says that the Blue Angels are so talented, impressive and brave. We absolutely love your selfie today in your uniform. You are definitely a multi-talented cat. Hope you Sunday truly was nice and quiet. Thanks for joining our Sunday Selfies Blog Hop. XOCK, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo

    • That was a fun addition to our 4th of July celebration at Scouts wasn’t it? I was honored to be asked to pawticipate by Maggie. What a LOOOOOOOOOOOONG weekend!

      Love and Hugs, Sammy
