Alright!  Let’s get the SHOW on the road!   This week’s Teaser is a Guest Teaser……………and the person who sent us the photo said they had conducted a THOROUGH search of the photo and they did not see ANY obvious “hints” for you to use to figure out where this photo was taken.

I suppose the “proof is in the pudding” as they say – so let’s take a peek at this photo and see what’s what shall we?

  8. Well, we see a Burger King and what appears to be a cruise ship on the far left. And it’s on the water. Other than that, we don’t have a clue!

    • First of all we are celebrating NO RAIN last night….however, we ARE expecting it later today along with HAIL – did I say HAIL? Yes I did! YUCK! As for the archless photo – sorry about that – you’re right – no arches in this spot in the world apparently (at least not in this photo!!!!!).

      • In this spot in the world… hmmm. We have more rain coming today, tonight and on through Friday and then a cold front takes us down in the lower 80s instead of these humid mid 90s… Yay. Keep your vehicles parked in the garage and I hope no hail falls at your place! We are celebrating The Mama’s 87th birthday Sunday… it better be sunny and nice out for her!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

        • Oh I sure do hope it’s a perfect day on Sunday for The Mama’s BIG birthday. I don’t suppose by any chance there will be cheeseburgers involved in the celebration???? I mean I could hop on a plane and be there you know………….. Imagine……87……..wowzers……Say – don’t you and my Mom have a birthday coming in a couple of months??????? HMMMM???????

          • I don’t know if there is going to be CHEESEBURGERS… but I know there is going to be CAKE! I haven’t heard what we are having for ‘eats’… the guys are taking care of all that! Don’t know whether to be skeered or surprised… 😀 And, why yes, your Mom and I do have a birthday coming up in a little over a couple of months and I think our birthdays are three days apart. Is it Fall yet?

          • Today is FALL here………believe it or not it was 65 when Mom got up this morning and BREEZY and NO humidity! It’s delightful……go figure….days of unbearable heat and terrible storms an today – A GIFT! Well, it won’t last so we’re enjoying it. Much like YOU will enjoy your CAKE (and maybe even a cheeseburger) at The Mama’s birthday…………..as for YOUR birthday and my MOM’s birthday – yep – TIME MARCHES ON!

  23. Get this! I did some readin’ see (LOL). I actually did read a thing about American food outlets and cruises. The report talked about The Eastern Carribean route. So I looked up the stops, St Maarteen, Grenada etc. Now I’m out of time as I have to work today, GAH. I think I’m on the hot trail but have to guess, so this wiley detective will guess St Georges Harbour in Grenada. Fingers crossed 😀 Have a BEE-autiful day ya-all xo Boom

    • Detective Boomdee I do believe were it not for the fact you had to go to work today I believe your exceptional sleuthing ability would have led you to the one place in the universe where this Burger King resides – I’m not saying your guess isn’t right though – for THAT info you have to come back tomorrow!!!!!   25. OOOOOPS WE ARE TOO EARLY TO BE # 59 TODAY BUT WE’RE CLOSE.
    WELL MOM ENLARGED THE PHOTO HOPING FOR A CLUE. ALL WE SAW WAS BURGER KING. BUT THERE ARE 87,000 OF THEM ALL AROUND SO WE HAVE NO CLUE

    • I think that’s what I found so FUN about this photo from my “GUEST”…….these people are on a vacation somewhere and there’s a BURGER KING right there – and trust me – they aren’t anywhere near you in NC or me in Virginia!

    • I gave up. Easy’s first comment was about 3:30 in the morning here. That would be 11:30 am in France, I think. He has an unfair advantage-he gets to sleep AND be first. I think it would be 5:30 in the morning for you.

      • Yep you’re right………I guess all my European blog buds have an advantage – my every day blog posts to live at 3AM EST……..then I mix it up on Tuesdays with random times………today’s was 6:27AM EST…….Easy was having lunch then (he said) but his computer is always on and he’s always READY no matter what time we go live. He’s got some kind of sixth sense (along with his 8 stomachs). Don’t give up – actually the next two commenters after him live on this side of THE POND……. you need to convince your humans to move to the East Coast. Simple right?

          • My Mom and Dad visited Arizona some years ago and enjoyed the SO DIFFERENT FROM HERE scenery. Their favorite thing was going to a “fake western town” called RAWHIDE – not sure if it’s even there any more…… AND they rode horses out into the desert too……..hot as heck but a DRY heat which was nicer than the HUMID HEAT we have here in Virginia.

  28. Did Somebody say burger King! It’s before 8 here and mes NOT had my breakfast….Burger king would bes good, but the nearest is 2 hours away so mes going to has to settle for cat crunchies.
    Mes is going for the greenie today! mes does NOT has a CLUE!!!

  29. It has to be North America because that’s the only place that a Burger King would survive-people would be eating in seafood restaurants anywhere else. I was going to rule out Canada because the sign didn’t say “Burgour King” but even the Canadians don’t spell it that way. I’m going with Saint John, New Brunswick because I’ve never been there and I haven’t seen this place either. Makes sense to me.

    Wee can hardlee wat to see how close (or far) Ladymum was with her guess…..
    Mee iss out inn Condo because thee workmen went fur Lunch…..it iss a bit windy butt mee iss checkin out their paw-werk…..
    They wants to finish our wing of buildin today…if thee rain holds off! They put a bit of a spout on thee top of drainpipe so thee water will stay away frum our patioss till thee new sidin an pipes are up! Whew it looks like hard werk!

  39. I don’t want to guess the same as Easy….so I will say yes, that’s a Burger King and the ship is actually a ferry…so I’m going to say the farmer’s market in Seattle Washington.
