OOPS……….I guess it’s officially MONDAY, but for me I’m calling it MEOW day. Mom says I’ve been “unusually vocal” the last week or so……….well, I say maybe I’m just deciding after 15+ years that I should make myself PURRRRFECTLY CLEAR and express myself more often…….I’ve always been a bit of a talker but this last week, I’m just yakking up a storm. If Mom leaves me for ONE MINUTE I’m calling her……………….”MA MA MA MA MA MA MA MA” (you get the picture……I don’t stop until she appears!). Mom’s calling me a PITT…….you know, like a Pitbull only two “Ts”………….she says it stands for “PAIN IN THE TUSHIE”.
MA MA MA MA MA – I’m waiting for you!!!!!
Anyway, I’m happy to say that we got some cooling down rain last night…..not much cooler but SOME……..AND for a change Mom didn’t have to water the gardens – Mom Nature took care of it for us. YAY for her!
No watering required…..! Mom puts the porch plants out in the rain!
Today is the first day of June and do you know that on the FOURTH day of June, it’s “HUG YOUR CAT DAY”????? Oh yeah……………well, I’ll of course be celebrating that on my blog but we’re also celebrating it at the Tabby Cat Club. We celebrate EVERYTHING at the Tabby Cat Club! If you’re a Tabby and you’re not a member, you should be! We’ll also be celebrating International Box Day……….that’s on June 19th and you know how we cats LOVE LOVE boxes – any shape, any size – even if they’re WAY too small for us – we don’t care.
Love those boxes!
But the more AWESOME event is coming up tomorrow………………..TUESDAY TEASER. Usually we have a big crowd show up for that but last week, “not so much”………maybe a lot of peeps were taking some time off? Maybe you just get discouraged because you don’t know many or any of the Teasers? Awwwww……….c’mon……this might be your lucky week! Come by tomorrow at a SURPRISE time (I do that post at a random time not when my blogs are USUALLY posted….tee hee)…………and see what you think OK? It finally QUIT raining here and we are dee-lighted! Good Morning! CH says I talk more now that I am older… 😀 Those Crocs… missing the cheese, I know, but pretty ding dang cute! I want them but my feets aren’t very comfy in Crocs and I am always stubbing that rubber toe and trying to fall flat on my face. See you tomorrow for the Teaser!

I agree about the crocs…Mom says you could wear yellow socks with them for the “cheese” color. HAHAHAHAHA……they are hilarious though. My Mom would be constantly getting hung up on the floors in those things I’m sure……!!!

aaww cousin – I think a lot of humans are taking off for the summer break. They are weird like that. I like your talking to your mom. That is so cool! Mom calls us all a pain in the derriere too. Hmmmm….I think Jamison is more vocal now, too. He’s 10 years old. He tends to be very vocal (and ridiculous) around a full moon and there is one coming tomorrow. He was a nutcase last night. Tonight will be even worse.

Rain is great for the plants…they seem to grow better with rain water. I believe if there is something on your mind spit it out….ok, don’t spit on your mom but let her know exactly what is happening with you. Everything is perfectly clear then.

I have always walked around the garden yelling, and if there is a full moon I holler even louder. Mum thinks I am getting even more vocal too Sammy. She says I drive her nuts sometimes, but I know she still loves me even when I deafen her.

We celebrate HUG YOUR CAT DAY every year……the blogosphere is always happy to find a day for this and a day for that – my Mom hugs me EVERY day though and I bet you get CLOWIE CUDDLES all the time! I just googled “HUG YOUR DOG DAY” to see if there is one and there IS a “HUG YOUR HOUND DAY” – it’s the second Sunday in September every year!!!! WOO HOO!!!!
