My Saturday Motto!
Guess what! We had SUNSHINE all day yesterday and some of that wicked white stuff melted…………not a lot of it because it was only 28 for a high but SOME of it did and I’m here this morning to celebrate by getting my bacon fix! YAY!

This coming week we’re going to have some rising temperatures and NO snow in the forecast………….I am happy……………..this means that maybe – just maybe – Spring is on its’ way at long last.

Whatever you do, don’t forget to change your clocks tonight before you go to bed (for those of you who like us have to suffer through turning the clocks forward and backward and upside down and inside out twice a year!).
I think today I’m gonna be a certified BUM and just relax………..no more spying out the window to see if the danged snow has stopped or started…………..just pure relaxation…………..SIGH!

Hi Sammy, can it be that the world best aol has a hangover today? I can’t enter my mailbox, none of the common steps work, I tried shut down, reload and hissing…. ist it the laptop from neander valley or a worldwide aol-bug?

Same here Easy! We checked on AOL.COM and found that mail is DOWN YET AGAIN…….ICK………..guess we’ll just have to do without mail until they get it “unstuck”. Nothing wrong with your computer – this time it’s AOL. Sigh. Maybe we should just enjoy the QUIET? By the way, AOL has a Facebook page and they had actually posted that mail was down this morning! I didn’t know about that but now you and I can check there if we’re thinking something is UP! (or down!).

I hope this is the last of the snow for you, Sammy! I’m very excited about this turning back the clocks thing – it’s a first for me! Last year, I wasn’t born yet!

I’m hoping Mr. Snow is finished with us for the year……..he stayed too long – nothing worse than a visitor who insists on overstaying his welcome!!!! The clock turning back and forward thing is weird but it’s one of those things humans do that we ALl find weird – you just have to go along with it – after all, as long as we get fed regularly, let the humans fiddle with the time right?? My Dad wants to take both cars to the car wash to get the salt/sand off BUTTTTT until the roads are totally clear why bother?!?!?! We still have snow everywhere….can’t WAIT to “see the back of it” !!! Enjoy your car wash – seems like some wine and cheeseburgers would help that become a really FUN project!

Sammy, my Mom wants to know if HUMANS can join your bacon club? I have never tasted it but Mom is a bacon FREAK! Guess what she found at the store yesterday? MAPLE BACON FLAVORED POTATO CHIPS!!!!! Made by the Kettle Chip brand and Mom said OMG they are delicious….she had to throw them out because she was about to eat the entire bag. MOL!
