Baconday

Why can’t we just plain RENAME today – Saturday just doesn’t have the same ~~smell, taste, crunch, saltiness, deliciousness,~~ feel to it as a day that’s called “Baconday” don’t you think? Wonder if we can write a letter to someone – who’s in charge of the names for the days of the week? I’m not sure………….I’ll have to research that!

Feel free to take this for your blog if you’re HOOKED on the stuff like I am!

So, I don’t have to BEG for bacon, like these poor guys do…………………all I have to do is wait until Baconday comes around and THERE IT IS……………where it ought to be………….in my dish!

The dog gets stuff if he sits pretty…..let’s see if this works for me!

Oh I’d give ANYTHING for a bit of bacon…purrrlease?

Anything HE can do I can do better (even if I weigh about twice his weight!) including beg!

Awww….who could resist??

If you missed my update on my blog yesterday about the commentathon I had for my birthday to benefit Marg’s Animals and Donkey Joe, thanks to all your comments, I raised $50 to send AND a very dear and sweet and generous lady who loves animals like WE do, is matching that amount so $100 is going to Marg!! WOOT!

Thanks for helping me raise money for Joe!!

What else is new? Not much – I’m still recovering from all the parties……………..I’m all for partying but hey – a guy needs to slow down a LITTLE bit right?

Sammy I agree about renaming Saturday…I mean I was having bacon every morning when we were away..you know…that continental breakfast that keeps you going…ahhhhh not today…and no made bed this morning either…so yep let’s rename it Baconday…and let the fun begin 😉 and bravo on the wonderful help for Joe..poor little guy..now now more party for you..rest time…loves Fozziemum xxx
