Beggin’ for Bacon

WHO ME???  Nope – I never beg for bacon.  Mom always makes bacon on weekends and if I’m around anywhere, I just wait until breakfast is ready and I get my little bit of bacon without begging!

However, that’s not always the case………….proof of that can be seen in this cute slideshow!

Now I’m not saying that if the unlikely situation should occur that my Mom FORGETS to make bacon, or she decides I shouldn’t HAVE bacon………….it is NOT beyond me to resort to dirty tricks and flattery – many of you have told me you love this meme and so do I……..I kinda think if I tried it on my Mom (if necessity dictates) it just might work!!!!

    • Hi Austin! Mom didn’t forget this morning to make bacon……..and guess what – she said tomorrow she’s making it too! I won’t have to beg – it shall be delivered to me automatically!!!!!!

    • Hi Cupcake! Oh yes – we can beg…..most of the time though all we have to do is “THE LOOK” and that works but once in a while we will definitely do a little “sit up and beg” if necessary!!

  18. It’s a bacon kind of a day….every Saturday is for you Sammy. We have tasted bacon and we love it. We don’t get it oftem but its good. We are more…stick to the basics…like crumble and Fancy Feast…people food is ok….especially sausage…Cervelat or Bacon but otherwise forget it and pass the crumbles please Sammy.

    • I guess we all have our “faves” huh Shoko? I’m a Fancy Feast guy too……..and I like both their wet AND dry stuff. But bacon – well – I just plain LOVE IT. Bacon, butter and yogurt are just about the only people foods that I like.

  20. Guess what! Guess what!Guess what!
    Mum made bacon sandwiches today and she hardly ever makes them. I got some bacon too and I ate it. We have different bacon to you. We use back bacon and it is not as crispy but it is very tasty.

    • Flynn!!!!!! YAY!!!!!!! We were bacon-eaters together across the pond! That’s great…I know your bacon is different but it still is delish isn’t it? Congratulations my friend……eat enough of that stuff and it will put some of that weight back on for sure………..!

    • Hi Dharth!!!!!! Nice to hear from you my new little friend. Boy oh boy did you pick a good Mom – she loves you to bits already and I think you must feel like you’re the luckiest little guy EVER. Cheeze Whiz sounds like a yummy little treat…my Mom says she remembers that stuff and hasn’t had it in years but it might be a fun way to give me my medication! Bacon is a definite TREAT though – and yogurt (tee hee). Welcome to the world little guy – we love you already!

        • Austin is a VERY special guy to me too. We’ve been friends for a long time and he will look out for you – I promise to do the same. You will no doubt have lots of honorary Uncles and Aunts as all of us are so very happy to have you living with LHL Mum. She’s a beautiful soul and the two of you will have MANY years of love and fun ahead of you. Cheeze Whiz is now on my Santa Paws wish list…..HAHAHA

    • Hi Siddhartha……Mom goes to the grocery store on Tuesdays – TODAY – and I scribbled Cheeze Whiz on her list……maybe she’ll get some for me to try??? I hope one day you can at least TRY bacon…..not everyone likes it but I sure do………and same goes for strawberry yogurt!!!!

    • Well I like butter but only if Mom puts a tiny dab on her finger and lets be lick it off. Isn’t that SINFUL? Let’s see…what else….when I was your age I loved the water from “people tuna” in a can. That was a BIG treat…..

    • Oh raspberry is delish too! As for bacon – maybe next time your Mum goes to a restaurant for breakfast she can ask for a tiny bit just for you and they’ll give it to her – OR even a McDonalds has bacon on a burger and you could try it that way!!!!
