Teaser Tell All

Hello Teaser Fans!   Well was that a good Teaser or WHAT????!!!   I had all kinds of guesses on that one – it was a real stumper.   One person was close as close can be and HE/THEY are going to get the First Right Guesser Award this week.

Here are the two photos I showed you yesterday and which seemed to provide you HOURS of pure agony trying to figure out where they were snapped!

 

Before I tell you who got it right, I’ll tell you who our Guest Teaser was and what SHE had to say about the photos!!   Our Guest Teaser was none other than Linda Rodgers who is Savannah’s Mom from Savannah’s Paw Tracks.   She and her husband had an amazing trip a while back and took tons of wonderful photos – you may remember she gave us those super photos of the Falklands which Leo guessed correctly on and some others did too…….and I’m not going to tell you EVERYWHERE they went because I MAY have some other photos I’ll use at another time (tee hee).   But here’s what she said about the above photos:

“Located in southern Chile on the edge of the Sarmiento Channel, the Amalia Glacier is a tidewater glacier located within the massive Bernardo Higgins National Park, one of Chile’s most impressive attractions.  Its genesis is in the Southern Patagonian Ice Field, and from 1945 to 1996, it retreated over four miles – a dramatic loss of ice. The retreat continues today, and that fact is not lost on the global-warming crowd. “
