HA! As if that would ever be a problem in MY house but since today is Saturday, I do believe I will have a BACON-STUDDED day because we DO have leftovers from my party – both here and on Cat Scouts! YAY!!!!
So help yourself if you love the stuff as much as I do……………In fact, because I love bacon so much I did a “search” on my media file here on my bloggy to find ANY photo I have that refers in any way to the subject of BACON…….of course there were some old cards for my buddy Bacon of Pig Love……but I also found lots of other “stuff”………I’m a real “Baconmaniac” !!!
It was BEYOND cold all day yesterday but thanks to the wind what started out looking like this:
Ended up looking like this after the wind blew the snow out of the trees (which was good because we could have lost branches, trees, from the weight of the snow!).
Today is ULTRA FREEZING again but no snow predicted. That’s good….yesterday I talked Mom into letting me go out on the front porch a couple of times and I stayed out there about 20 seconds MAX. each time. Man oh man was it windy and cold!!! But I had to walk through some snow that had blown up on my covered front porch and I did NOT like it! Not a bit! Somehow in my head, every time I asked Mom to let me out there I was expecting to find THIS……….
Yes I know – I live in a dream world if that’s what I expect on a winter day! Oh well….a guy can dream – right?????

I’m glad to hear that the band finally was able to get out of Maryland…..everyone is pretty well “socked in” around here even though we didn’t get NEARLY as much snow as further north!!!!

Mom dips some of the sunflower seeds in the bacon fat – we tried leaving blobs of it in one of our feeders and the squirrels got it first!!! Tee Hee

As soon as I saw the title, I thought, “Who has bacon leftovers???” That’s crazy talk. As I predicted, the snow touched my belly, yesterday. I tried walking where it was plowed, but the salt burned my feet. Yup. Mom had to carry me home….

Every time I see that chocolate cake with the bacon on top I get all excited! I can’t even talk about the weather today. Too skeery what is heading our way.. 😯

I hope you don’t get hammered with snow and ice Miss Pix…….we have SUN all day today and this morning when Mom signed onto the computer it was only SEVEN degrees out – it’s warmed up to 28 now. Hopefully no snow though – haven’t heard about any coming HERE but some going north. I hope you have lots of FOOD (cheeseburgers, etc.) available for hunkering down at home for a while…..AND that you keep your heat and water….this is gonna be a RECORD winter I think!!

Just looking at all that bacon is raising TW’s cholesterol. HAH! I think you might need a intervention for that bacon problem. We’re tired of winter and snow up here also. Tuesday, it’s not supposed to reach even 10 degrees F.
