Good Morning Fans of Teasers!   Sorry you had to wait ALLLL night to get here this morning to find out if anyone guessed my Teaser correctly.   Wanna see the picture again???

In fact, it turns out that MANY of you guessed New England (without saying a state), and even MORE of you guessed Maine.  Then there were those of you who guessed a specific lighthouse in Maine.   However, early yesterday morning – almost the second my Teaser went live, there was one blogger who guessed Maine and he guessed it FIRST !!!!!   So, wanna know who it was?  NO it wasn’t Easy (yikes!)…..it was (drum roll please):

It’s all yours this week Doggy!!

Specifically, my parents were in Boothbay Harbor, Maine on a vacation when my Mom and Dad took a little boat ride around the harbor and Mom spotted this little lighthouse on Burnt Island in Boothbay Harbor.  It’s actually called “Burnt Island Light Station” and it’s a five acre island owned by the Maine Department of Marine Resources and it’s mostly an education center now.  It’s only a mile or so from Boothbay Harbor itself.  My Mom thought it was a really cute little lighthouse so snapped a photo not realizing that she’d wind up painting it one day.

Now the list of you who guessed Maine and New England is ENDLESS (hahahahaha)……so I will just trust that those of you who on that long list of Right Guessers who weren’t first, will take this humble offering to show that you were right!

While I was looking online for some other lighthouse shots this morning from spots in Maine, I did find a couple of interesting things though…..check out this actual photo of a lighthouse in Maine…….

So there you have it peeps – the results of a tricky BUT apparently fairly easy Teaser Tuesday.  Doggy was first but lots of you knew it was Maine.  CONCATULATIONS!!!

    • Hi Fozziemum! I hope you had a nice anniversary even though Fozziedad spent it with Bashful instead of YOU!!!!!! Mom says thanks for the compliments on her painting – she’s got lotsa lighthouse paintings. Loves them!

      • Thanks Sammy and mum 🙂 I had my nails done for the big day..so kind of torture really hahhaha and yes they have had a lovely Bromance hehehe mum is very clever..to be able to put pictures to paint is no easy thing !!!! hugs Fozziemum xx

Ummmm Sammy, I’m not sure if my human is the only one to notice this as she has been known to be a bit batty at times, even confused after too many glasses of wine but in mewz Teazer Tell All photo she seems to see the face of a human lady in the tree to the right of the lighthouse, main in front? My human swears it looks like in the lighter green caused by light that there is a lady’s face- her eyes closed, nose, mouth, and outline of a face. Do mew or mewz Mom see this at all or is my human hallucinating (probably from the nasty smell of my fur doggie sister”s canned doggie food!)?

  8. A call for fellow losers! I think we should reorganize Leo’s racing calendar. He should start on 50 km races on Sundays. And we should find out how to make Easy’s noon poop patrols on Tuesdays longer. 😉

    • Well of course your guess helped…..!! Doggy/Leo will be full of himself with this win and next week ought to be pretty FIERCE because Easy has said he’s DEFINITELY gonna be first! YIKES! DOGFIGHT!

  21. Wow-oh-wow-oh-wow! I CAN’T BELIEVE I GOT IT RIGHT! I might not have been the first to guess but I did manage to guess right. Got the right state and everything. This is BIG news for me. Sometimes I don’t even guess the right planet!

  28. Maine is such an interesting state to visit, or so Mom says. We have never been there, but Mom and Dad lived in Massachusetts and Connecticut for many years and have been to Maine a few times. Thanks for that beautiful photo.

  32. We didn’t even try to guess. We were pretty sure that it was probably in New England and also knew that if we wanted to even try to narrow it down any further, we would have to spend the entire day searching on-line. Since we are still so hopelessly behind on reading and commenting on our furiends’ blogs, we decided to let it slide this week. Looking at this post, Mauricio has had yet another idea for a Merit Badge, so he is hopping over to Cat Scouts to suggest it. He has become a complete computer and blog hog!     • There really are a lot of pawsibilities for Merit Badges…..now if there was one for NAPPING I’m sure I could qualify! My Mom IS confused because you’re right – it’s FURSDAY and not FRIDAY but having a day off put her in LA LA land I think!!@!!!

      Thanks for liking my Mom’s painting too – it’s an oldie but a goodie – my Dad loves it. We’ve got lotsa lighthouse paintings around here. Know what my Mom was MOST worried about while they were gone yesterday? THE CARDWOOD DERBY RACE!!!!! She was afraid they’d run it and we wouldn’t be around to do anything if anything was required – we’ve been a bit confused about WHAT/HOW/WHEN on the race but I’m sure the DenMaster is super busy on her trip too. We’re in no hurry….things operate rather slowly around my house anyway! HAHAHAHA
