Teaser Tell All

Howdy! Well, it’s not just a Teaser Tell All it’s also a Sammy Whammy update………..first things first – yesterday afternoon I got another big pile of OLD comments and OLD notifications from a lot of your bloggies so I suppose either WordPoop is catching up OR my Whammy worked!

However I also discovered yesterday morning that my bloggy isn’t being posted to Facebook which according to ME (and my dashboard) it SHOULD be doing. SO, I’m going to do what lotsa others of you have had to do and that’s manually post it there. Why? Well because I have a lotsa followers there (on my Mom’s page) THAT’s why! Harumph! Can you tell I’m getting a little short on patience when it comes to WP?

Next – the reason you tuned in here today – the Teaser Tell All………………..WELL – that was quite interesting because more than one of you knew precisely where my Granddad’s photo from pre- World War Two was taken! Here it is one more time:

And the FIRST RIGHT GUESSER that this was Johanneskirche (St. John Church) in Stuttgart, Germany was my friend who has been hoping to win the FIRST RIGHT GUESSER for ages, Doggy from Doggy’s Style! Woot woot!

The Much Coveted “First Right Guesser” Award….which belongs to DOGGY!

But as I said, several others of you knew it was this same church OR knew it was in Germany and all of you buddies get this!

The “I Guessed RIGHT!” award……!

Now let me give you a bit of interesting info about this church. First it’s a Protestant Church built in the 1800s and during World War Two it sustained some damage. This photo that I had in the Teaser was taken BEFORE World War Two – would you like to see what it looks like today??

They decided to leave the top two sections OFF the tower on the left side of the church as a reminder of the war. It’s still an incredibly beautiful building in a really beautiful location. Lots of you thought like I did that it looked like a magic fairy castle…..it’s on a small jutting area of land on the lake so almost looks like its floating.

CONGRATULATIONS TO DOGGY AND EVERYONE GUESSING GERMANY !!

  We THINK it worked but time will tell….WordPoopy might just be teasing us by keeping the lines of communication unclogged for a day or two. Tee Hee Easy says his Mom wasn’t standing by the computer on Teaser morning so that’s why he didn’t get “First Guesser” but he DID know where it was anyway. Too late!
