Isn’t it cute? I think it looks a lot like Sammy and it was the only one the vendor at the fair had that looked like Sam. It wouldn’t surprise me if Mollie’s shop has something VERY similar for sale soon – when I showed it to her and her Mum (who makes everything in the shop) she thought it was CUTE too!!

Hi Cupcake! Isn’t it great? Mom said when she saw it at the street fair she just HAD HAD HAD to have it. There were lots of cat pillows but only one ginger colored one that looked like ME! YAY!

Hi Easy! Sadly the street fair is a one day thing BUT they have one EVERY May so next year when I hear what the date will be I’ll be sure and let you and your Mom know……how’s that????? It was quite wonderful though….I’m thinking there will be some photos in the newspaper here so I’ll pop some in my bloggy when they’re published. Meanwhile, my pillow keeps STARING at me when I’m up on Mom’s bed……at least it’s smiling 😀 I’m getting used to having a “mini-me” looking back at me though.

How cool! I never saw a street fairy , we only have wine (binge)-fairs here and I’m silly enough without drinking :o) It’s good to have a buddy who is always smiling to you :o)

Our town’s Main Street isn’t very long but when they have the street fair they close the whole of Main Street off to traffic (only people traffic allowed!)…..there were 350 craft and food vendors there this year and they have EVERYTHING you can imagine for sale….original artwork, handmade clothes, kids toys, jewelry of all types, birdhouses, furniture, FOOD, FOOD and more FOOD! My parents go every single year rain or shine. I just googled Warrenton Spring Festival, Warrenton, Virginia, and there were a bazillion photos people have taken at past fairs but nothing from this year’s fair YET. Probably the news reporters were taking a day off today…. 😀 😀 😀 Yes, I agree that it’s nice to have a smiling face looking back at me when I pop up on Mom’s bed for a snooze!

It was so funny because I was standing out of the rain in this lady’s tent full of adorable cat stuff – lots of things all handmade/sewn – and my eyes drifted to the TOP of the display and there was this pillow – only one like it – looking down at me – HAD TO HAVE IT!

I love street fairs for this ‘one of a kind’ find. We have one in our community on Saturdays. Lots of home made goodies and art and organic veggies. Maybe a nice little play to nap Sammy. Cheek to cheek with your look-alike.

I adore street fairs too especially with local crafts….you never know how many talented people live in your community until a street fair!! Sammy, We think that pillow is super adorable, but only ’cause it looks just like you! Please tell your mom, thanks from our mom for her book. She already started reading it (instead of playing with us)! She claims that she can’t find our laser mouse. Likely story! Anyway, she says that she was going to send Pam a proper snail mail thank you card but ended up discarding the return address. She’s so lame!
