Brrrrrr………….we continue our VERY cold streak here AND while we did get some snow Friday afternoon, it didn’t start until it was too dark for Mom to take photos!! But this is what it looked like yesterday before the second batch of snow started…………..Misaki – I’m posting this for YOU and for all you other pups out there (very few cats I think) that LUV snow!
Not a WHOLE lot but enough for me!
It will be a Cuddle Caturday around here due to the cold. Mom and Dad aren’t leaving the house (so they say) which I suspect might be true because there’s ice out there – everywhere – sneaky ice – the kind you’re not sure is really under that layer of snow or not so WATCH OUT!
I think I can handle cuddling……..you know me…….always ready for a good cuddle………..not too many of us aren’t – right?

We got another couple of inches last night…I’m loving it! But my mummy says she’s sick of it and is hoping the weatherman is right and the snow will be replaced with rain by tonight which will get rid of it all bol. Hi Toby! You got more snow huh? Well, we got a TINY bit more than you can see in that photo but only a bit so it’s not nearly enough to sled in even (so says the neighborhood kids who look a bit disappointed!). They don’t have snow in our forecast again because it’s supposed to warm up again next week into the 50s. I hope you have a super weekend…..my Saturday’s starting up rather nicely with the smell of bacon wafting through the house! YUM!

Hi Mollie! Yep – bacon Saturday and cozy by the fireplace too. I tried to go outside this morning with Mom – she couldn’t believe I’d asked her to take me but it was still dark and I didn’t know any better so we bundled up and went out. I was out there for about 20 seconds, turned around and came back inside! I’m no dummy!

Extra cuddles from me today! It took us 4 hours to drive 100 miles yesterday afternoon! We ended up getting less than 200 miles from home in over 6 hours because of that white stuff! Don’t like snow and ice on the road! Hugs, Linda

Hi Miss Susan!! How’s that newest little addition to your house doing? We’re all staying inside and enjoying the fireplace this weekend. It’s bitter cold out. This morning it appears we got very little additional snow overnight so even though there’s not a LOT of it, it’s TOO DARN COLD TO BE OUT IN IT PERIOD!

Baby is doing fantastically! She is such an incredible personality. Sabre is still not sure but did nearly consider having a game with her, which is remarkably early for a cat to accept another, don’t you think? Then again, last night he seemed to have decided he’d had enough and refused to come inside. We’ll just have to wait and see. I’m really hoping the get on well as I now cannot imagine adopting her out to anyone else.

Sabre will eventually realize Baby is no threat. If he almost played with her that’s a BIG step in the right direction! He’s probably just doing a bit of pouting hoping for some extra attention but it sounds to me like things are going to work out………..now if Jangles would just come back and enjoy the fun all would be happy again…………

Hi Bailey! Ice can be VERY dangerous….sometimes you really just think it’s a wet patch/puddle but if it’s cold it could be ice…..then you get those ice patches covered with a thin layer of snow and you don’t even know it’s there AT ALL!! Very sneaky stuff…..I’m making sure my parents are INSIDE all weekend. More nap time for me!

Hi Easy! Well a guy like you shouldn’t have to try TOO hard to do a romantic photograph – you’ve got the girlie dogs panting all over the world and I should think one of those centerfold shots you’re famous for (with the butterflies of course) with you all surrounded by roses and candles, etc. ought to do the trick. 😉 As for my romantic picture – well – it’s actually more CUTE than romantic. I can do CUTE easier I think!

In here he have a perfect sunny day, high 60’s, wearing shorts and a tshirt, walking around and enjoying the free afteroon, you would enjoy laying under the sun with Doggy on the balcony, even tho Doggy stinks, he rolled on rotten oranges. I’m not touching him, let alone cuddling, he stinks.

Oh I’m ALWAYS up for a good cuddle….I don’t sleep with my parents at night – I used to when I was little but nowadays I like to sleep where legs don’t kick me at the bottom of the bed and I don’t have to listen to my parents snoring, etc. Tee Hee You can come snuggle at my house ANYTIME! 😀 😀

We actually had nice weather today! The giant pile of ice at our backdoor is almost melted and the snow shrunk. It packs down when it melts. When it gets cold again, the other snow is fluffy on top. We now has 3 layers. That means there will be lots of avalanches in March and April.
